Large rooms easy access to outside when dealing with pets quiet.

The hotel was fine but the photos show a bar in the hotel and we stayed with other families so that we could finish the night at the bar. There was no bar on the premises and we are all disappointed in the false advertising.

Staff was wonderful, however, that's the only good thing about our stay. Very disappointed. Property faces the Community Center which had some kind of event going on, taking most of the Hotel Parking Lot. Very Loud music and louder people fighting in the parking lot until the police arrived in 6 patrol cars with lights flashing well past midnight. Drapes were torn and water stained. Carpet was stained. Chair also stained. Gross. Very low toilets, and the seat on it did not fit the bowl. Entire bathroom needed new caulking. Our first stay there, we were so pleased, but this time was not good. Worst part was we had friends staying there too on our recommendation! They had mattresses leaning on walls down their corridor and said their room was grubby. How embarrassing. Breakfast was mediocre. Sorry to see this place go so downhill.

This place is pretty clean for the most part but we couldnt even use the iron because somebody cut plug in.

Arrive Friday afternoon at check in time. No real signage to direct you to the entrance. At the entrance there were several trucks from painters to carpenters, etc. at the entrance. Check in was easy, no problems. Was assigned to room 222, second floor. Inside the elevator I notice paint drops on the floor. Arrived at room 222, walked into the room and the heat was on. Checked the thermostat and it was set at 84 degrees. lowered that to 65 degrees. Notice the new carpet but was poorly seamed in the middle. I them noticed the new paint over the wallpaper. The painter(s) not only painted the walls but the crown molding, ceiling, the new carpet and forgot to "Cut in" around outlets and other fixtures. I then tried to lock the entrance door, and the dead bolt wouldn't work. After checking the door, the door was installed incorrectly. It wasn't square, the strike for the latch and the dead bolt didn't line up. The swing bar door lock was installed incorrectly and would stay in place. The other door that leads into the adjoining room, that dead boult latch would not lock either. The metal thrush hold between the carpet and vinyl flooring, the screws were sticking up and I tripped over it. I went back to the front deck and explained the issues in the room. The receptionist said they were in the process of remodeling the hotel and offered me room 322 on the 3rd floor. I when up to check the room an noticed the entire hallway full of furniture, Room 322 was still being remodeled.

The hotel was very outdated. Th smoke detector was beeping in our room, contacted front desk and they said they would have housekeeping handle it while we were out. They didn’t have housekeeping handle it and our room was never serviced.

Never have I ever had the luxury of a dbl recliner in a hotel room. A show stopper. Made up for some fatigue in the overall condition. However room was very spacious. Bed was way too tall for me - I’m 5’4”. Overall a safe budget friendly choice.

fairly clean and decent location. good value for the money, but needs some upkeep despite prior renovations. quiet and a nice breakfast.

Pleasant staff, hotel under restoration, check in/out were very easy.

We got in late at night and the person that checked us in was not the friendliest. But the rest was fine.

County civic center is in same lot. Had a Quinceanera that lasted till 1am. Music was so loud it shook the room. Staff made no effort to move us. Also they took up all the parking for the hotel, leaving us no where to safely park. Horrible experience. I know every town has a cut off for noise and it usually around 10 PM. Also, the hotel should’ve made sure parking was saved for its guest. It’s the hotels responsibility to make sure these protocols are put into place. Not the guest

Main floor was under construction and smelled super funky (not nice). Room couch had stains all over it to where I wouldn’t sit on it. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay shut due to poor install causing not a great shower experience. TV was standard def, like in the 90’s.

The included breakfast was pretty good. Not a lot of selection but the warm items were tasty and there was decent coffee with real creamer available.

Room had a lot of space however the carpet had stains all over there were stains on the couch the room smelled like it had been doused in air freshener to try and take smell out of what was in carpet. Tried to get find another hotel unfortunately everywhere else was booked solid and we were there for event. Thank goodness we had our own sheets for bed bc with the way the room was we were worried what would be on the bed. Would not recommend as first choice to stay. Also breakfast says starts at six but not the case for the weekend bc people “sleep in” however that’s not the case for everyone so post if you have changes like that on the site.

booked a room and after i paid they told me i could only check in if i was 21+, then proceeded to not let me get a refund 😃

We liked the large room size and front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Seems to be undergoing some renovations.

The property was poorly maintained. There people, vagrants doing drugs in the front landscaping of the property. The main hallway had dirt,debris and trash on the floor. Security door did not lock. Staff was very kind and helpful. The property definitely needs a professional upgrage. Not someone just painting. Spend time and hire professionals contractors and Security.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Building could certainly use some updates. Looked haunted. Had to go next door if you wanted to use “spa.”

This property was not clean at all. There was a dirty washcloth in our shower and the carpet was very sticky. The lady at the front counter was ok to us but anybody that came to ask for towels(they only had two in the room) she was very rude to. This was definitely not worth the $250 that I paid for.

Dirty. Carpets not vacuumed or cleaned. Hallway piled with crap. Floors in lobby /elevator dirty. Room had 2 beds for 2 people. We had 1 towel. Had to ask front desk for towels and toilet paper. Person in front of us was asking for toilet paper and Kleenex. Breakfast had milk expire. 2 days prior and no other milk. Pop machines all empty

The rooms are very dated And smell like smoke. They need some serious updating and the elevator was in very poor condition. The luggage cart had 3 working tires and one tire that was ripped in half

Hotel rooms all had a mold mildew smell to them. Had to ask for a different room multiple times and they weren’t any better. Everything stunk. Sheets weren’t clean and appeared to not be washed. As well as there were stains all over the carpets with a film of scum. Disgusting.

The floors could have been cleaner. Seemed dirt was pushed into corners and edges of floor. Needed a good scrub. Also the toilet had areas that were not scrubbed well and the rubber bathmat was dirty underneath. The room was spacious and comfortable. There were no hangers in the closet and no regular coffee in the room. Breakfast items needed replenishing when we went for breakfast.

Property is old and low maintenance

It's in an area with plenty of retail but it's also easy to travel around the area on beautiful, rural roads.

We booked our hotel for your breakfast, pool and pets. Your oil is closed and the breakfast was awful. Juice was water with a hint of apple flavor. The sausage was so bad my dogs wouldn't eat it( and they eat everything).

We spent two nights here. Room was clean. Hallways and common area were not clean. Breakfast was fine, but ran out of forks. Day staff were snotty when our keys didn’t work.

Easy check in room was dated stained on rugs. Only two towels no wash clothes no hand towel or soap had to go to the desk and request it . Mattress need to be changed .
