Room was clean. Poor sound-proofing and there was no access to drinking water. The decor was bizarre but this hotel meets the basic requirements of being clean and functional.

Great location with comfortable beds. It’s situated near an expressway which can be bothersome for light sleepers

A hotel in NYC with (limited) on-site parking included. Brilliant. The room was comfortable, and we got a kick out of the 'museum eclectic' aesthetic of the lobby. The hotel is next to a freeway, and NYC famously 'never sleeps', so it was a bit on the noisy side, but not overly so.

Really strange hotel to stay in. Lots of lint all over the room. Barely touched the bathroom and the door locked itself and the maid told me not to touch the handles. Pretty sure they didn't fix it so good luck to the next person that stays here.

This hotel was perfect for a visit to the US Open. The walk to the venue is approximately 20 minutes through a nice park filled with families.
The hotel room was perfectly clean and comfortable and the furnishings and decorations are fun and unique. The front desk receptionist was friendly and very helpful.
Hope to come again next year!

Location was convenient to the US Open Tennis event but neighborhood isn’t the greatest. The rooms are small and furniture eclectic is very outdated with stains on furniture. Toilet creaked when sitting on it. Will not be a choice for me again when going to the US open next year.

Inadequate lighting in bedroom & bathroom. No facial tissue. Shower head not adjustable.

The worst hotel and experience they put an extra $50-$100 hold on your card and it takes 3 to 4 days before you see it as what the lady told me there was no hot water when I returned to my hotel room or before I left That morning and I was traveling with two kids. When I called Expedia, they lied to Expedia saying that the hot water came back at 8 o’clock in the morning when I left the hotel at nine and the rest of my family that was there for a wedding exactly at 11:30 almost 12 when check out was time and there were still no running hot water. When asked to speak to management or property owner I was told that I will not be able to get in contact with them until Monday morning.

No hot water, water available after u check out
Mattress hard, old, room had a weird smell
Not worth the money they charge you to stay there

Fun place to stay for a Forest Hills Stadium show. Got lucky on parking with a couple spots left available when we arrived to stay the night before (a Thursday). Staff were accommodating and informative.
The decor is crazy-fun and next level kitschy which only added to the fun. Dresser furniture in the rooms were ok but either not well designed or not fully put together with the drawers not on tracks to keep from tipping and potentially falling out. Other options available made it fine for a couple nights though. Water pressure was passable.
Very accessible to public transport, had no issue getting down to Forest Hills and even taking subway earlier in day over to Manhattan for an impromptu MoMA visit.

This hotel was terrible. They told us to go in at 2 for check in for the wedding party that they would accommodate it and ended up charging me $50 extra without telling me. Had a man yelling he wanted to kill someone all night from 3am- 7am. Staff was rude. I booked 2 rooms and was charged for 4. And they said they had tons of parking to accommodate a wedding and there’s only like 10 spots if I can give zero stars I would

It was close to the city. Decorations can be better and maybe have a rooftop for drinks.

Easy check-in, very conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. Parking is lmited but easily manageable. The aesthetic is super interesting, it's called the "Paris Hotel" but it feels like a Asian restaurant going for an Egyptian vibe. It really made the stay fun, next time I am looking to stay in Queens this will definitely be the place. Everything here is great except for the beds - throw some mattress toppers on those beds and it's a 10/10.

I requested early check-in. Although the room was ready, I needed to pay $50 extra ($25/hour for 2 hours) to check-in around 1250 pm. The area is not safe, which can further confirm with the bullet proof glass at the front desk and there are 10 parking spots on site with NO parking on the street. I almost left the night before because I could not find any parking spots (both on site and street) until a front desk employee let me used the only handicaped parking space that was available. I will never stay there again.

the most interesting hotel i’ve ever stayed in. it’s like a flea market exploded inside a chinese restaurant (this is a good thing). extremely nice and accommodating staff. they don’t have an ice machine, but they brought a bucket of ice to my room when i asked.

Uniquely decorated. Clean & comfortable.
My overall experience was Trumped with the customer service; I was able to reach the hotel directly without holds or delay. That was big in my book.

This place was the worst place. There were cockroaches in my room, the bedding was dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable, the room smelled awful, the decor and furniture were hideous, the location is very noisy, I’ll never come back here.

Nice hotel but outdated rooms. Chinese themed - not sure why it’s called Paris. Parking lot very small. Bed comfy. Overall clean

The woman at check in was unpleasant. We explained we'd be n grounded at LGA and sat on the tarmac for three hours before returning to the gate and having our flight cancelled. We asked for a room with a tub because they weren't sold out and I have a knee condition and needed to soak. I was also traveling with my 11 year old and it had been a long day for us both. She was unmoved. When we called before making the last-minute reservation at the airport, she assured us there were plenty of "restaurants and pubs" within walking distance. That is not true. We spent extra on UberEats as it was 8:30 and we hadn't eaten since noon. The location is next to the highway and the car noise (and honking) goes all night. We didn't have soap in our room when we arrived and when I went down to the desk to inquire about it, she curtly said, "The housekeeper is right over there. Go ask her." The housekeeper (and the person who brought us ice, as there is no public ice machine) were both very kind, and I tipped them. There are no coffee machines in the rooms. There is public coffee downstairs in the morning. It is hella strong! There is no milk or cream available, only those vanilla flavored creamers (ick). There were two packets of Lipton black tea but no hot water made available (there is a microwave). The bed and linens were comfortable but there were only two regular sized pillows on a king sized bed. The decor is beautiful if garish, which made for an interesting experience for my child.

The staff who worked at night was terrible. He took a hour to give us the Room key. There’s nobody without Me and my family. We booked two room for four adults. First thing he said you have only one booking. Then show him reference number again. Then he said he can’t booked two room under one person. Then I provide another person ID

It was like walking into an art gallery and I loved everything about the hotel. However, parking was a challenge.
