We enjoyed our 2nights stay with spacious room and patio. Location is good to walk around town. We were happy to find this hotel.

YWCA is a nice clean hotel. Right across from the soccer station and around the corner from stop 10 on the hop on/off bus. Walkable to Gastown. Would stay again

For a budget hotel I was really satisfied. No complaints except the noise from people in the hallway and people letting their doors slam.

The stay was just ok. The room was small, had only one bedside table and the shower head in the bathroom was so poorly installed that I had to lean against the wall for the water to hit my body. The location is awesome, very central and facing the stadium. All in all , too expensive for what it had to offer.

The hotel is the best. No frills just good comfort for the price! Staff is great. The rooms are so clean and uncluttered!

Very nice staff, rooms very clean, didn’t realize we had shared restrooms, but that my fault. All and all very nice and would stay again. Location was great. Cost of stay went for a good cause.

Great location for food and easy to take public transportation from there. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Love that it’s a non-profit.

It was a great stay

Centrally located in a safe area of Vancouver this hotel was great. Clean, quiet, and looked brand new. The 11 floor patio was perfect for having dinner and enjoying the fresh air. The best part of this stay is that all profits are used to support community programs.

I booked as it is a not for profit hotel with a community vibe. I requested private accommodation and bathroom and it was spacious, quiet and lovely. Very functional shared spaces for preparing, cooking, warming meals, eating, laundry facilities and the beautiful outdoor space for grace. Most of Vancouver Downtowm is walkable from here and the Skytrain stop is a couple of minutes walk away. I used the small gym once and also got a inclusive day pass for the massive YWCA fitness facility on Hornby Street which is superb for all exercises, swimming and even classes. It surpassed my expectations and I would definitely stay here if I return to Vancouver, I wish there were more places like this, thank you!

We are so much impressed by YWCA service and we will definitely chose YWCA for our stay whenever we come to Vancouver :) That's so much for making our stay so comfy and sweet!!

For 330$ the room was so tiny you could barely turn around and wasnt at all what was advertised when I booked it. Tiny bed that was so uncomfortable.

Sharing bathroom is disgusting

Clean rooms, ac was super cool amd found myself needing a sweater inside which wasn’t a bad thing

Super handy location, great local information provided by staff, clean full kitchen made breakfasts and lunches easy, coffee in the lobby in the morning was great.

When i booked on lone i didn't realize that it was a shared bathroom and small rooms. Its not what I was used to. Good location but priced too high for a shared bathroom downtown.

Bed was rock hard. Had a shared bathroom and the body wash was completely empty. Loud people in the halls that you could hear loud and clear as the rooms were small. Could also hear every single thing in the bathroom. Horrible sleep!

Near the town

Staff were friendly on arrival. Hotel has good amenities if you need to use them - laundry and kitchen (although, no utensils). Staff helped us with location and transport options. Room was a good size for us as a family of four, we had two twin beds. Not much eating options locally - Jam Cafe was ace for breakfast and we enjoyed Pho Khanh Express.

We were able to check in early. Very secure. Environmentally conscious.

Room was much smaller than shown. Also wasn’t a fan of having a shared bathroom. Not sure if that was made known during booking, honestly probably wouldn’t have booked it had I known. Otherwise, location is great, room was clean, friendly staff.

Stayed in the twin bed room. Bed and pillows very comfy and crisp. You have to use a shared bathroom on the same floor when needed, but it was clean. Workout room adequate. Great espresso coffee in lobby (nescafe pods so u can make it however u want)

We had a flight cancellation and arrived extremely late for our check-in. I messaged the hotel. The staff immediately replied and made sure we could get checked-in. They even offered us a late check-out due to our circumstances. Really nice hotel and staff. We had a private bathroom which was really nice with 3 people needing to show and change quickly.
