Nice place. Somewhat pricey. It was being renovated. The shower door was off the track, but the shower worked fine.
The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. One of the chairs had a height adjustment so older folks can reach down to tie their shoes (very much appreciated!). Didn't try the free breakfast.

Hotel was under renovation but the front desk staff and security were extremely friendly and tried to make sure we had everything we needed!

The hotel is under renovations at this time. The rooms need to be updated but they’re very clean.The staff is Super Nice. Shoutout to Sade at the front desk. Super accommodating and patient! Glad to know they’re in the neighborhood!

This is my sixth or seventh time staying at this property. It’s consistently clean, good value, great bedding and wonderful breakfast. Plus the staff are always so friendly and welcoming.

No hair dryer in the room,soap dispenser was empty in shower. Construction was going on in the hotel. Only one elevator operational for guests and workers. The Ice machine on our floor (5) and the floor below did not work. Not the best experience I have had from Hilton.

Property is very difficult to access if you go to any restaurants or shops to the North. AC can only be turned down to 68. Ongoing construction...very loud...I would not stay here until 2025

It was a bit hard to get too. They were having some construction, but it did not effect our stay. Everyone was very nice and friendly. It was very clean and the breakfast was great and clean.

The refrigerator in our room did not work. I have medication that needed to be refrigerated. We were traveling and I had an ice pack bag for it that needed to be frozen again. The front desk was very accommodating and put it in their employee refrigerator and freezer. I was very grateful for their help.
As far as cleanliness the shower did have mold that obviously was not taken care of in awhile.

A nice room, there was construction underway. One of the elevators was gutted but in service. I'd stay there again.

We were so impressed with the friendliness of the staff- they were so cheerful and said hello and made conversation- we liked the pool area too- very homey and comfortable. We will definitely stay again when visiting family!
