John and the bar person was great and very helpful. The young lady at the check in/out desk was super. The room attendant was great. Very happy with the staff and accommodations.

Dirty outdated rooms— my bathroom had dirty floors and mold in the shower. We were out of hot water for multiple hours while trying to get ready for a wedding. Thin walls and noisy neighbors. No one came into our room to replace coffee or towels— had to go to the front desk to get coffee and they had only 1 left and no cups. Fit the need, but definite room for improvement.

We loved the room. We wanted breakfast but there wasnt a free continental breakfast and the restaurant area was not open for even the purchase of breakfast. Overall great stay. We went to IHOP instead

I prepaid for hotel through Hotels.com and was charge for the room a second time plus incidentals. I was promised a refund. However upon checkout was advised that the charges of $20 and $130 were authorization charges that should fall off within the next couple of days. I was extremely disappointed and will not be going back.

Upon arrival, the computer system was down. We left and came back only to find out that the room key machine wasn’t working. During check-in, we weren’t informed about the policy regarding every other day room service. Therefore, we had to call the front desk for fresh towels.

Place was clean, however, our showerhead was not working. I asked for help twice in the lobby and all I was told is “I don’t know, I’ve never stayed in that kind of room”. Did not ask for a discount or anything, I just wanted help with the shower, and they failed miserably twice!

The remote for tv did not work and staff had no replacement. They did not have complimentary coffee in the lobby for guests.

I bought a drink at the bar and the edge of the glass was cracked it cut my lip. They are building another hotel next door and all of construction equipment is parked in the parking lot

Only three lights worked and multiple electric outlets did not work. Got to hotel after 9:45 and went down to get drink. Was told by bar staff that they closed at 9:45. Went to front desk and got a beer, told them it was weird to close so early and such strange time. She went back and got them to get me a drink. Kept apologizing and thanking them but she just ignored me

I was so obsessed with the fragrance in the lobby. I only stayed one night, it was nice and clean. The downfall of this hotel to me, the pool was out of order and the breakfast was to expensive.

The 4th floor and room was very hot on arrival. Slow output air conditioner window floor unit. Bad storm that night that caused power to go out in entire hotel. Had to leave at 5 am in morning. Had to get ready for business event outside of hotel.

Overall, the state was just OK being woken up in the middle of the night by fire alarms twice then in the morning at least three times same fire alarm. Also AC in the room did not get cold enough would only go down to 68 even though thermostat was set on 64. Other than that room was comfortable as Far as furniture and bed. For a $200 night I expect more and it would be nice to have a complementary breakfast.

We were locked out of our room. There was a problem with the door lock and when we went back to our room it would not open. The attendant couldn't open the door either . She had to get a hangar to open the door. It was quite a hassle and took a long time to resolve.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to talk and/or wish us a good day. They were very quick to solve any issue (no water cups in the gym, adding our points to our room).

Rude staff at front desk. They didn’t greet us kindly, didn’t offer waters for my Gold Elite status. The bar was completely out of wine and most alcohol. Did not have blow drier in our room. For breakfast they barely had any items to serve. Starbucks machine was broken so they could only offer drip coffee. I stay at Courtyard Marriot properties about 25-30 times a year and this is not the norm for most properties. Less than impressed with this one.

Several power outlets and the in-room refrigerator didn’t work. Also, the design of the shower is very poor causing the bathroom floor to get flooded.
