It was a nice stay overall with the exception of the excessive noise. There were people on our floor shouting and playing loud music at 1am. Front desk spoke to them twice to no avail, I think something more should have been done if they ignore the front desk.
The entire 2nd floor suffered because the hotel wouldn’t kick out the troubled group.

As usual Hampton Inn is a winner. Check in was smooth and the ladies were nice. The rooms are clean and BIG. The beds are clean with NO bedbugs (most importantly!!!), they have white sheets, and really good pillows too! The bathroom is big and the tub/shower combo has a seat and grab bars as well as a hand held shower nozzle.
I do have a negative tho...the view...there wasn't one. When we looked out our window we saw the backside of another building and thats all. Literally. It was awful.

Clean room, convenient parking around back once you get a key card, secure doors. Didn’t use the fridge, microwave, pool, gym or gas grill. Complete breakfast, hot and cold selections were all good. Friendly people, good location.

I stayed with a group for a basketball tournament. Rooms and pool were perfect for what we needed!

Staff is VERY grumpy. Room was kind of dirty, found lots of bugs, shower was cold, breakfast was meh. Pool water was green. Family has come home with rashes. For the money you pay this place is not worth it.

Staff was very pleasant & premises was very clean. I was only there overnight & met family for breakfast so I did not partake in their breakfast, but it smelled very good on my way out. It was a little loud, as you could hear the doors shutting & the people walking around above me. Pillows were a little too soft & I found it hard to get comfortable. Those 2 things are really the only thing I could complain about.

The check in was a breeze and the lady who checked us in was lovely. Could not have been nicer. The lobby is clean and decorated for Halloween. Makes it feel festive and homey.
