It was not clean (the floor had quite a bit of hair on it, some else's gum wrapper and the tub looked dirty). I saw one roach. They should renovate the rooms because they look run down. A freight train is nearby. The mattress was ok, but the whole experience did not make for a restful night of sleep.

Not very clean, cigarette burns in the bedspreads, walls need painting and microwave does not look safe!

sheets were dirty gross and had hair all over the staff was no help when I addressed the issue

We stayed one night, passing through on our way home. The room was small, but the murals on the wall were beautiful and gave you the feeling you were outside. Hand painted on walls and ceiling. Room was small, yes, but just fine for an over night. The price was great too!

Really uncomfortable.was told there was no smoking and the next room smelled heavily of weed. I got nothing against weed but just found it funny how they don’t care about their own policy. When I went in my room the smoke detector had been removed and never replaced. I also saw a roach . Not coming back again.

Bed bugs!!! The bites showed up after first night, new bites the next day, left a day early, could not spend another night there. Left covered in painful bites. Cockroaches in room. Bathroom not clean. Horrible experience.

Extremely dirty rooms walls need to be cleans and re painted same with floors. Not worth the money stayed here due to last minutes stagecoach plans honestly just spend a bit more money and get a decent place to stay.

Didn't like that stay had to put down a deposit..... I will have not want to put money down so that I can stay in that run down place

the rooms were very clean and service was great. I would recommend Deluxe Inn to friends and family.

As soon as I walked in the room roaches in the wall, room looked under cleaned just made up bed I doubt the wash the blankets

The motel was near other hotels in the area, in a strip almost. The check in was fast, but when I got to the room, I was really upset with how small and run down it looked. It's not up to date with the decor and not that clean. The bathroom floors/tiles were still dirty and can be scrubbed a bit. The room was clustered with little room to walk around. When I looked in the fridge, there was still a box of ice cream sandwiches that was frozen over and was not removed. They left it in there (probably from an old guest). I thought that was unsanitary. Overall, it could've been cleaner and for that room size, the price was not worth it to me. I could've stayed at a better hotel for a similar/fair price.

There was no hot water, it’s a old place but ok for a night sleep, the train went by a couple times a night but didn’t bother me.

worst experience... location was the worst, next to a loud highway & even louder rail tracks.. couldn't sleep all night. on Hotels.com it had a 6.6 rating... for real!??it should be 3.6 instead. When we stopped to check-in late [around 10:30pm], we seemed to wake up the couple that runs the place, they didn't look welcoming at all. No parking space was available for my car, the room had only 1 double bed [not a queen], no blanket [just the spread & cover]... really!??this hotel should be off Hotels.com!!!

They are very welcoming and pleasing. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks where 2 stay Indio, Ca

They never knew about my reservation from Expedia, very high price and the worst think about it the conditions of the motel was poor. The handle of the shower head broke within 5 minutes of arrival. I’m disappointed in using Expedia for this reservation.

I only stayed there. Because was the last-minute decision to go to Coachella!!! There was nothing available ! Wouldn’t stay there again Specially not for this price ! $400 a night :(

We stayed at this hotel twice now and its been a good experience both times.
