Place needs obvious work, towel holder held up by duct tape, closet hanger holder collapsed on us, only using 3 avail hangers, we put it back together ourselves. Let over dirty wash rag from former renter. For the price, somewhat expected, but still....!

It’s not the best place I’ve ever stayed but also not the worst. This hotel is clearly not new and the updates that have been done seem haphazard at best. The guy at the desk was friendly but couldn’t get my credit card to “work” so he suggested I just get cash at the ATM down the street. That seemed shady but since I only needed a place to sleep for one night, I paid cash. Also, there were several signs posted about no smoking but the very small lobby area reeked of cigarette smoke. (Room was odor free)

Have stayed here several times it's one of the few options in Media. Never had any issues

My go to place when I wanna getaway from it all.

The rooms that we had the door was off the bathroom and the TV was off the wall. And the remote was not working. We had to switch to three different rooms. And the last room we had the bulb in the lamp was broken.

Floor was wet & mildew, mattress comforter had cigarette burns in it & the room was just not what it looked like online! DO NOT STAY HERE

This property is old, run down, and dirty. We left a day early despite it being non refundable. That is how bad it is.

there is so many things this place could do to make it a better place, large rip in the carpet going up the stairs from the main check in, room was ok but again with a little attention to detail this room could and should of been much better. First impressions needs to be addressed. Pull up the carpet and laminated the floor, so much cleaner. One room at a time

The room wasnt vaccume d , there was patches in the walls and the linen and blankets were filthy. Bugs in the bathroom

Bathroom doors that don't shut, stains across the walls, unbearably noisy AC, empty lobby, used soap in the bathroom.

I liked nothing. I'm not a particular person when I stay in motels but this was the worst experience in my 58 yrs. I've never asked to change rooms anywhere I've stayed except here. The door jamb & lock were broken in room 1. you could just push on door from outside & get right inside. Moved to room 2. Wheelchair access room which seemed ok until we walked into the bathroom, where the drain apparently had overflowed and left tp, dead bugs and poop all over the bathroom and shower floor! Next #3 Room was up 4 flights and it had to be opened with a key which there was only one and the manager had to open the door but not give us the key so we can go in and out. So after my friend left I couldn't leave the room whenever I wanted without calling the manager to let me back in! Needless to say I checked out early and the property refuses to give me a refund!

As soon as we entered the room, two roaches welcomed us. And there was an used path towel and soap in the bath room, which clearly indicated that room is not clean and well prepared

The owner was amazing services. Great place is just a little bit beat up.

Rooms in poor condition and smelled stale. Trash in hallway. Rooms not cleaned daily.

Nick was accommodating. The room could’ve been more updated but all in all for the price it was ok.

The proprietor was extremely accommodating to our late arrival and worked with us to figure out parking of a large trailer. Place was clean, just old. Great affordable option for travelers, would definitely stay again.

The lights in the room weren't fully functional. The bathroom was clean.

This hotel is not what it once was. Don't think we will be renting with them again.

I was looking for a simple room that I could work remotely from while visiting family in Media. I was very disappointed most basic amenities were so bad. The water did not warm in the sink and the shower only got lukewarm, not all outlets worked, wifi was very slow, the remote got stuck, there was dirty clothes in the bathroom, one bed was missing a blanket, the toilet paper was very cheap and almost out when I arrived, and there was no cleaning provided for my week long stay. This building is in bad disrepair.

This facility serves a financially-challenged population, Facility appeared clean but rudimentary. Lobby/check-in area disappointingly unappetizing.

Great location, last minute booking .

Our room smelled musty like it had been wet in the room . We think we saw little gross reddish drops of something on the bathroom floor . Walk outside & you could see torn screens on the other rooms windows , it was a very disappointing place to stay . It was cheap & I know now why . Go to the Hampton across the street .

It was very disgusting, it was bed bug invested. I did not even stay the night I end up driving 2hrs back home.
