Terrible experience. Booked for 2 nights for our son's basketball tournament. We went to the front desk night 2 for some towels and were told they were only able to give us 1 towel even though we had 4 people in our room. In the middle or the night the toilet overflowed. We immediately went to the front desk to let them know and tell them there was water all over the floor. We were given a plunger and told maintenance wasnt there and we had to take care of it causing my family to not be able to even go into the bathroom from 1 am until almost 8 am.

Rooms were outdated and dirty, beds were completely uncomfortable. The TV was so old didnt even have movie options or at least be smart tv. Windows were completely shut so no fresh air. The bathrooms were destroyed from broken walls, to dirty bathtub was completely disgusting to walk into

The check in was smooth. The room was very spacious and clean. There were some stains on the shower curtain but that’s the only thing I noticed in terms of lack of cleanliness. However my biggest issue was waking up to a charge on my card for the room that I had already paid for. When I went to the front desk the desk person just said it was a clerical error and I would get my money back in a few days. Paying almost $600 for a room was upsetting. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told none was available or reachable and she said “It doesn’t matter because there is nothing she can do anyways the money will be released in about 5 days”. She was ridiculously rude and lacked any apology. Due to this I won’t be staying again.

There are no block out curtains in the room so as morning break the sunlight shines through before you fully awake. I was stuck in the elevator for about 8 minutes. I had to keep banging on the door the call bell did not work. The front desk apologized and later called to tell me I would receive some credit off of my bill. Then I received another call stating that they could not credit the card I used because I paid through Expedia. I was offered 100 dollars credit to use at this same location. I was told it would be given at the time I was checking out. Unfortunately when I checked out and inquired about it the young lady stated nothing was there no one left a note on my account

It is a very peaceful place and its vlose to the highways. The 3 minor faults i experienced, was that 1 elevator was down so i had to wait awhile to go up or down. 2nd i had to go to the 1st floor to get ice, which was inconvenient due to the fact i was on the 4th floor. Finally the heavy curtains in the room didnt fully close so i had the sun shinning in my face early in the morning.

Very fast check in! Room was not fully cleaned upon check in - one of the beds was not made, coffee cups and towels were out of place but not a big deal just slept on the one made bed, and used the clean towels. Great place to stay for visiting Mohegan

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, even when requesting an hour delayed check out. The breakfast was very good, and offered a lot of choices; fried eggs, bagels, bacon, sausage, waffle maker...The rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, bed and furniture were comfortable.
The rooms could use some updating for convenience; usb ports in the light fixtures are something I've become very used to in hotels. TV's were very dates and didn't offer the ability to use my own streaming services either, something again, I am maybe too accustomed to. Neither of these hampered my stay or reduced the quality to price aspect of the visit. I placed this at average because the rooms are clean and well maintained, in essence, they make the most of what is available, they just aren't above average with amenities.
The property around the hotel is average; it's a parking lot in a fairly industrial section, but very quiet.

Very very very dirty and smelly. I had to change rooms because it smelled like somome took a piss everywhere. I had canceled my second night there because it was just terrible. Nothing like the picture set online not clean at all felt very discussed being there. Definitely would not recommend this place!

The hotel was decent enough, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The wifi was severely slow. I would stay here again if I had to. I have seen much worse, but I also have seen much better.
