Everything went well until the rude cleaning Indian lady started yelling and kicking us out of the room even though we extended the room an extra hour til 12 pm. She is rude, crass and has no respect for the customers.

Very Consistent- staff is friendly they make me feel welcome

My one-night stay was good enough. The bed, shower, & toilet were clean & effective enough. There are some stains on the walls, & the plastic cups were wet, & stink of ashtray rinsing. That means the ashtray was rinsed but dripped onto the cups, rendering them filthy & useless. The remote controls for the TV could use some wiping & cleaning. But overall the room could be worse. Better than some of the reviews on Hotels.com. Fine enough for my hybrid work & leisure trip. Oh, also, the issued bar soap needs a lot of rubbing & coaxing before it works up a lather.

Was not expecting much from this place because of the outside, but the room itself was great! The room looked very modern, was extremely clean, and also comfortable. For the price and the experience, this place is truly a steal

Didnt get that far with staying at hotel, setup a reservation a week or 2 in advance with option to pay for stay at office at checkin. The day i was supposed to stay at hotel i was working a late. I sent a a message to motel through hotels.com stating i was going to be late checking in and will be there by 10 to 11pm when i get out of work. Also called the receptionist early afternoon the day of checkin and told person i was also going to be late with checkin but still coming to hotel. Upon checkin was told that my reservation has been canceled by owner earlier cause i didnt c pay in advance to hold room. After giving them my itinerary for reservation they still denied my reservation and told me no vacancies. Very rude staff will never go to that hotel every again. Very rude and disrespectful

The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. The parking was accesible.
