The staff was very nice.

The front desk person could not be found at check in. There were 6 of us waiting for 20 mins. We used a business card on the counter to call the gm. We tried yelling toward the office, calling the hotel, walking around the main floor looking. We were all tired and it was past 8. No apology, no excuse, the employee came in from outside like it was no big deal. Paid a premium for the room at the last minute as well. Super frustrating way to wind down after driving for 9 hours.

Great stop for the night. Grandsons used the pool but we thought it was cool for a heated pool. Room, bed was comfortable for all of us

The room was clean but the elevator floor needed mopped. We were there for two days and it never got any attention. There was hardly a time when there was someone at the front desk. We always had to use the bell. Small requests but they make a difference.

Overall it was nice, breakfast had hot options like biscuits and gravy, but only until 9am. The bathroom had water damage and a hole in the door. Service was good and friendly.

Checkin was a bit difficult. The attendant asked for a credit telling me the room wasn’t paid for. I made & paid for the room thru Expedia online. I finally had to pull up the record to prove payment. Our room was on the 3rd floor & the elevator had a “not working” sign. We had a handicapped room. The attendant said we could still use the elevator but that it overheats so the try to limit its use. Upon checking other reviews, this has been a problem for more than 3 months! The ice maker on the 3rd floor was also non functional. While they did have internet, it was so slow that it was unusable (2 mb download). Shameful. Our card keys were even given to us in what appeared to be a pre-used card folder. Overall, we our stay was somewhat comfortable but caused worry using a non-functional elevator. We didn’t feel anywhere near safe using it. We won’t stay here again if we’re in the area.

Room was excellent. However the person at the front desk was not helpful at all. They were more interested in looking at their phone and was not knowledgeable about the area.

Great hotel accomodatiins. Our room was lively. I rated the property low because the elevator was broken and our room was on the third floor.

This property wasn't the most up to date of those that we stayed in for this trip, but once situated in our room, we were very satisfied. The staff on duty when we checked in was simply outstanding as they met our needs. We had a change of rooms, but they accommodated us without hesitation and did so in a cheerful manner. We GREATLY appreciated that!

The place is very run down and not taken care of. Elevator broke Missing smoke detector in room Pool very cold and pool floor and ceiling dripping with moisture Lighting in hall had ebu lights on all day so in the event of an outage we would all be in the dark

Everything was clean and nice only downside was the elevator didn’t work.

Elevator not working. This is the second time I’ve stayed at a Comfort Suite where the elevator was not working, being the CS on Ventura Dr in Amarillo. I have week knees and the trip up to the third floor several times a day was not fun.

The elevator was not working. Our rooms were on the 2nd floor. Our party had to drag suitcases up and down the stairs. I was told the elevator by a desk staff had been down a week. I read reviews and found out it had been down for a month. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. If I had looked at the reviews I would not have booked a room with you.

We had tohave the guy at the front desk come in 4x to fix cable box and in the end it still didnt work!

Really thought the room was great. Very roomy and comfortable and clean. Bathroom was very clean. However, toilet paper was not restocked. Bed and furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. Very disappointed with the continental breakfast. It was very cheaply done. Eggs were overly processed patties. The oatmeal was only instant packets with no add in such as raisins or granola. No fresh juice. It was just not up to par with other hotels.

.I had a leg amputation 7Months and still struggling to adapt. The elevator was out of service so had to climb 3 flights of stairs. Very disappointed

Paper id was stolen and front desk attendant and manager did not resolve the problem had to call police they suggested we file for lost/stolen id
