Its close to everything you need. Free breakfast started at 6 am, even on Sat and Sunday. The whole place looks new but surprisingly, they told me they are upgrading in 2025. Parking is easy and free. Indoor pool has a small hot tub. Its a great hotel. 10 mins by car to the outlet mall and RecPlex. I would stay again.

The stay was outstanding. Little confusion on how the room was booked. No biggie but different. Definitely a place to stay in Kenosha WI. Keep doing what you do and all we can do is make it better! Thanks a bunch for what you do!

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only negative was the hot tub not being in service. Would book again.

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. Few things about the property…no smart TVs, No fans in the bathroom, weird smell in the hallway, super scratchy towels, and the toilet paper was HORRIBLE! The pool, gym and breakfast were great! Loved that there was an ice machine on our floor…

The facility is old and can use some renovation, but the staff was awesome and the place was very clean! Bed was comfy. The staff mentioned they are getting a refurbishment at the end of this year.

This was my second stay here this year and it was just a good as the first time. Decided to get the studio this time and would definitely book it again. It was perfect for 2 adults and preteen.

Pros: Rooms are huge! Continental breakfast was pretty tasty (especially the waffle maker).
Cons: Hallway carpets to our room looked like they have never been cleaned or vacuumed. It's a pet friendly hotel so my room smelled like a wet dog. Closet had a used towel in it that wasn't picked up by cleaning staff. Outlets under the TV appeared to be faux outlets, just a blank space when trying to plug into. The bathroom door also dragged terribly on the floor in order to close.

None of the outlets on the room worked but the bathroom ones, the hot tub pool area was saturated in water extremely hazardous room was large and clean, staff friendly, large hot tub, perfect location. I’d bring a power strip next time.

It is a very nice property inside and out. the panty is well stocked which is really great! The rooms are clean and very nice. I like the size of the room and they have a pool and hot tub, The breakfast is pretty good.

I'm not a fan of cold weather. Room was 65 degrees when i entered. Could not get thermostat to heat. Had to go to my car for long pants, jacket and extra blanket. Room 68 when i went to bed. Morning sun brought it to 70. I should have asked for a room facing west into the evening sun. Woke up w/gravely voice after fitful night.

They didn’t have any people to clean the room. You’d think for $180 a night they’d at the least have some people to clean the room and give clean towels. Terrible experience

Even though our refrigerator wasn't working and we found it odd that the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, everything else was wonderful.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. It was easy access to both of the venues we played at plus a variety of restaurants and gas stations. The players and families enjoyed the pool area until it closed at 11pm. The breakfast wasn’t great but hotel breakfasts rarely are. So our only complaint was that the beds were not very comfortable even for the teens. They were too hard which made for a rough night sleep for everyone. Oh and I guess a few of the guys brought their Xbox and the Wi-Fi was not sufficient for them to play.
