Trash from previously client not taken out, place stunk and towels were nasty, floor not vacuumed, druggies in parking lot

I had a pleasant stay at this property. Room was clean and they even made accommodations for me according to my needs. I’m thankful for there help during this time.

The beds where very hard and uncomfortable. We had a pillow that had a aweful smell to it. Also if you leave anythi g in the room dont expect to get it back. They will not get back with me on something that was left. Also they came and half cleaned our room the firts night the second they didnt even come in to replace towels or anything but the other groups we was with they cleaned their room. They just picked which room they felt like cleaning that day.

The service at front desk was awesome, the carpet in the room was all stained. The second night when I pull off the sheet to get ready to sleep I found a bed bug full of blood (probably I was it dinner) I had to get ret of it. I have a housekeeping every single day and I had clean towels daily. If it wasn’t for the stained carpet and the bed bug this Hotel could received a greater rating.

Room was filthy, floors turned my socks black. Room was full of flies and water from sink was so cloudy you could not see through it.

Very convenient location!

The flies is flying around the room, beside our room some guy’s drinking but they are not noisy, I appreciate that.

Everything was great except for the angry overnight attendant that would get mad that the workers staying there try to come in to get breakfast before they go to work.

These are good people, if something isn’t right, they rectify the issue to ensure their guess enjoy the stay.

The person at check in was sour. I reserved a non-smoking room, signed the paperwork that stated there would be a fine for smoking in room etc, walk into room and it smelled terribly of previous smoking and ash tray on the table. (Nonsmoking room with ashtrays???) Was issued upstairs room, when I asked for downstairs as I am disabled, was told single rooms were only upstairs. There’s no ice machine, only vending is up another flight of stairs.The ratings for this establishment are WAY off. It’s more in the 4 range at best.

It was okay, but no cable TV and no telephone in the room!

The rooms were pretty decent. We had the rooms with the kitchens. Loved it had all of the kitchen appliances which was really helpful. We had two rooms so we did share of couple of the bigger pots. But had pretty much the kitchen stuff you needed.My room did have a toilet that run if you didn't make sure that the handle was lifted up. But the other room didn't have any issues. Only issue I had was we were on the 2nd floor which required us to climb 17 stairs to get to our room and than down in the middle. Have bad knees and my elder parents with me. Than it seemed as if the staff parked in the closest parking spots to the steps to go up and down so more distance. If you don't like a lot of stairs and walking I would suggest a bottom floor room. But did enjoy my stay and view.

The staff was nice enough. The room was clean enough. But the room was less than great. Plugs weren't easy to get to for cell phone, microwave wouldn't work because it was unplugged and I couldn't pull emtertainment center out to replug it. But the worse part was the security lock...it worked great as a lock... but it wouldn't budge to unlock! After doing all to unlock it, including not going into a clostrophobic melt down, I called the front desk. Neither of the ladies laughed at me, that was a plus. I did get it undone by the grace of God. Slept with chairs in front of the door...

Looks nice on the outside, older rooms, painted, but the rest outdated, shabby bedspread, pilled sheets, old mattress, staircase had discarded electronics under it and beside it, lobby smells like stale cigarette smoke, attendant grumpy although did compliment a jacket I wore, room card quit working. Bug scurried out of cabinet where fridge was on the last day, probably hitchhiked in my suitcase back to Texas. The plus was the fridge was pleasantly cold & included a freezer compartment & no bed bugs. Only get 2 each of bath & hand towels, 2 wash rags, but room service staff took my personal white completely different patterned wash rag laid over the plastic dining table chair for drying along with their 2 wash rags. Did leave clean hand towels & wash rags. Air worked fine, shower was not that much pressure as noted in another review, the main reason selected this hotel when others were booked up. Finding the hot water for it was a challenge. Will not stay here. Would try the Wayfayer next time if others are booked, but will do best not to miss out on rooms in other better hotels.

We traveled to Woodward for work. We pull a trailer and there was plenty of easy parking. They provided a fridge, microwave and free internet. This was great because we didn't need to eat out for meal. The room was spacious. The shower was excellent, hot water with good pressure. It was very quiet for our entire stay. We there about 3 days & 2 nights. We will be back!

Very happy about everything about this hotel. From start to finish. now, If I just wouldn't have forgot my phone charger. LOL

Safe clean surroundings inside and out. Staff was warm and welcoming. For the money I had expected less but I found this place to be a little gem.

The staff was nice and apologetic when some things went wrong, but it was a good stay.

As expected for the price. Adequate for a stop-over. Cable TV was out the night we stayed.

Had booked 2 Rooms for family trip, Stay was ok ..untill in the morning at 9 am housekeeping was knocking on my door, needless to say Check out was at 11.. i checked out of one of my rooms at around 10:30 and out of the 2nd one a little after 11am. Around 3:00pm i received a call asking me for A credit card to pay for the "ROOMS" accusing me of checking out of the rooms after 2:00pm. I wish i had gotten an invoice saying i checked out so i could see exactly the time i C/O. This is not right, imagine how many people they have done the same thing and not even noticing on their invoice, thankfully i didn't put an incidentals CC# on file otherwise they would've charged me.

Great friendly staff, clean and will be using them in future .... Will recommend to family and friends.

bed was a tad firm but thats what you get for the price. more annoying is the fact that the house keeper tried letting herself in TWICE on check out day at 8 and then 30 minutes later when we already said we werent leaving for a bit. wait till after check out time, 11, to start on occupied rooms. and try knocking first, not jsust letting yourself in with a do not disturb magnet on the door.

Clean and good smelling rooms. No iron for clothes.

This is a motel. It is a no-frills place. The WIFI worked. The air conditioning worked. It has a refrigerator, microwave, tv in the room. The bed was firm but comfortable. It seemed clean, but very dated and repairs are needed to the property. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice for the price! Would definitely stay here again. Three queens accommodated our family very well. Staff were all very nice. Not a 5-star, but for the rate and staff, it was definitely a good deal!
