This hotel is a quaint cute Inn nestled in a town of Westport. The entrance way takes you back to the late 1800's. Our 2nd floor room had a great view of the Upper Rideau Lake. The hotel was clean, accommodating and staff was friendly. We ate at the Cove Inn restaurant where there was a great live band. Highly recommend this hotel and a fun weekend spot if you are traveling around Westport

Loved the eclectic, one of a kind rooms. Large, special rooms with lots of lovely amenities. In the heart of the village. Dining room/ pub was amazing. Super welcoming staff. Service was superb while being low key. Loved it

Confusion as to where front desk/ check in was. Meal was not served hot and was of poor quality considering price. Staff were pleasant enough. Chairs were left soaking wet after the rain, had to use towels from our room to dry them so we could enjoy the lovely front porch. Extremely loud air conditioner.

Room expensive relative to B&B’s in the area. There was no radio or television in the room. The breakfast was minimal, left in the fridge. All lights and fridge were unplugged and we had to literally move furniture to connect for lighting.

Service above and beyond expectations. Extremely clean.

The staff go the extra mile to make sure all iOS well. Rooms are clean, comfortable and efficient! Did not need a TV. Food ini the restaurant was also excellent and service top notch! We will return again !

Rented a room and had supper downstairs listening to live music. Staff were amazing, food was amazing, our room was so cozy. We went back down for lunch before we left. I can't say enough positive things about our entire stay there. Highly recommend :)

Excellent!!

Friendly staff and quick check in but left out a most important bit of information. Old country inn, nicely appointed, old pine floors in our room. Very clean, comfortable mattress. Nice bathroom BUT A couple of loud trucks went by in the night. Fortunately, a quiet long weekend but would have been a problem at a busier time We knew it would be a continental breakfast but did not know we would have to eat it in our room. Brought back bad memories of motels in the Time of Covid. Plastic wrappings and containers, and plastic spoons. Hence low eco-rating. Heating by baseboard heaters which could be turned off, on, and higher but no thermostat for setting at a comfortable temperature. Pure guess work. Biggest problem - A very thick and warm duvet on the bed. We woke up around three o'clock drenched in sweat. We got out a couple of towels and tried sleeping under them but got cold. Since we had no way of setting the baseboard heaters without the possibility of setting the temperature too high, we just gave up and left the hotel at 4 am.

We loved how cozy, clean and quaint this place was!! The convenience of the restaurant within the building and great food atmosphere and musical entertainment made it extra nice! We loved our room # 22 that had 2 window views of water. I would definitely rebook here!

The Inn was quiet get away and the staff friendly . Our room was very clean only issue was our view was of the side parking lot . No restaurant or coffe shop open in the morning so a little difficult to get a bit .

It is a lovely property but a little outdated! The staff are very friendly and helpful and are happy to accommodate requests.

This Inn has lots of character, friendly staff and great location in the village. Restaurant either in the dinning room or on the patio has very good food and helpful service, overall very nice stay.

Loved the room. Staff r excellent. Loved having the continental breakfast in the room. And our four dinners were great. Loved the room with tv. A must for us. Would recommend this great inn.

My mother and I spent over Christmas at the Cove! What a wonderful experience! We felt part of the family there…and were treated with warmth and every effort was made to ensure our enjoyment! Free breakfast was provided every day and it felt like we spent Christmas at home!! The atmosphere of the inn is so cozy and so comfortable and all the staff treat you like family! We highly recommend it and will be back for sure!!
