Great stay! The house was very clean and very quiet. Beautiful property and worth it if you don't want to stay in Burlington proper; it's super close to go into Burlington if you want to. Would book again.

There was nobody there when we got there and air conditioning was off. Once they got there they turned the air conditioner on. It was very clean and comfortable!

Very strange place. Hard to open front door (appears locked) and no one around. Windows in room sealed shut on second floor (fire violation?) and non responsive A/C, ceiling fan helped however. No breakfast as advertised, other than stale cereal in a big jar that sat out the entire stay (finally tried some-yuck). No ice available. Only TV was in common area right next to owners area so felt uncomfortable even using it. Dimly lit driveway hard to find at night. Last day no coffee provided as I was only guest left. There was a non functioning keurig however. Place looks pretty but was frankly creepy. I hate leaving this type of review but for the cost it was terrible. I have been coming to UVM for events and visits the last 6 years and stayed in many places yet none approached this level of lack of value and comfort. Absolutely my worst Burlington stay in 6 years. Would not recommend under any circumstances no matter how far from UVM you have to go. Sorry to be so blunt but it is an honest review

This was our first time staying in a Bed and Breakfast and this place was great! The grounds and hotel are well kept and beautiful and the owner was on site and accessible if needed. Our room was a little small, but very nice with a private bathroom. Breakfast was a continental breakfast in a bag, but that could be because of COVID…I’m not sure. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Place was very clean and comfortable. I was a little confused regarding the contactless check in, but I was staying at a different place every night so that might be on me. Only real negative was no TV in the room.

We enjoyed the quiet and friendly atmosphere. The Inn was comfortable with a sitting area like your own living room. Great stay!

We had a lovely stay at the Old Lantern Inn. the room was cozy, comfortable and charming in all of its appointments. The staff was attentive and had grab and go breakfast available to all who stayed. I particularly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor dining areas and the coffee. We will return when visiting our UVM student.

Room was comfortable but our room had a very noisy bathroom fan after it ran awhile. Breakfast was okay and understanding since Covid had curtailed many breakfast options. Price a bit expensive for what we got but I guess par for the course based on the area

Bed and breakfast setting.. self check in .. brown bag breakfast to go ..due to COVID. No staff around that I saw .. spoke with them on the phone several times .

Our stay at this lovely country inn was great! Our room was clean and comfortable! The owners were friendly and responsive to our needs, providing helpful information about things to do! Loved the continental breakfast in a bag that was waiting for us each morning! Would totally stay there again! Looks like a great place for a wedding too!

It was ok for a one night stay. Pleasant. Host was very accommodating on phone though I never met her. The grab and go breakfast was disappointing, and no real milk for coffee in AM. An extra comforter would have been nice. It was chilly. All in all, I just thought it was overpriced for what was provided, room, etc.
