All the renovations of the property have been tastefully done, really is a great venue, Reaturant is magnificent it was packed we actually got the last table in the whole place. Food options was amazing it really is one of the best pub options I've been too. Congratulations a small town gem right on the beach end of town. We will definitely be back !!!

Clean, Friendly staff, Balcony & open windows. Beaut meal in Dining room.

Being an older establishment, although the rooms have been nicely renovated, they are not well-insulated. Difficult to sleep with street noise, people in room next to us fighting and shouting abuse, and those in room across the hall slamming doors. There were occasions when it sounded as though someone was trying to come into our room. Being at the end of a corridor with an exit door to a smokers balcony right outside our window, we weren't able to open the curtains or windows.

Our stay at Beach Hotel was fabulous. Great position overlooking the beach. Our room was newly renovated. Room was large & was appointed with everything you require. A new laundry was opposite our room which was great. The fact we got a continental breakfast included in our room charge was a pleasant bonus. Would definitely would return or recommend.

Stairs to room a disadvantage but room comfortable. Good choice of meals in dining room and continental breakfast included in price. Staff friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay, nice helpful staff. Balcony room very comfortable for space and freshness of rooms and the included breakfast was very nice and a good start to each day. Walking distance to town shopping and along the beach boardwalk was another bonus. Food in bistro dining was tasty.

The actual accommodation is clean good value great location. Staff friendly efficient. Food area /bistro could improve .

The room was clean, spacious enough for 2 people and the bed was very comfortable. The view of the beach was breathtaking. Definitely recommend the lobster platter from the restaurant. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Would stay here again

A splendid stay. The rooms had recently been upgraded to a high standard. Great sea views for those on the front. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and high standard in the award winning restaurant. Breakfast was chosen when registering and options delivered to the room. Highly recommended

Spotless and the best breakfasts we have had for years

Convenient location and direct access to Burnie waterfront and beach area. Rooms very clean and nicely fitted out. Team on front desk and in restaurant are very friendly. Can be a bit noisy on weekend evenings if your room is over the bar but all part of the atmosphere. Would stay again for sure.

We have stayed at this property on several occasions, and we have always found the place to be pleasant and clean but we noticed this time the accommodation has been recently renovated and really modern, fresh and very functional and tastefully done. They have added outside dining as well as a sensational new menu, we will definitely be staying again and again …

Great location, overlooking the beach Stairs were a pain to lug your luggage up and down.

Best presented pub rooms I’ve stayed at

Friendly staff but limited car parking and with a restaurant/pub downstairs it can be noisy at night. There is no lift, you have to carry suitcases up the stairs.

Room quantity

Classic (I think!) Aussie hotel, bar and restaurant with extra character, gaming room and lively atmosphere. Superb room, v comfortable, great facilities, right next to the beach and sea walk. Worthy of a bit more than an overnight.

Beautifully appointed and comfortable

The room was really perfect. We had the balcony, which was nice, also a beach view. No complaints, except the noise from the bar under us. From 7 pm until 10:30-ish, it was annoying. If you’re noise sensitive then I wouldn’t stay here.

From.our room we could see the water. How good was that? We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Sadly we only had 1 night but would make it more next time round.

Our stay was excellent. We will return.

Handy,comfortable & everything we wanted

Lovely place, right on the beach. Room was great breqkfast included. Highly recommended

The condition of the room is worth the price, however some inconvenience to expect. I have experienced sleep disruptions due: - banging doors from guest doors and the fire exit (also a smoking area) door next - partying guest neighbours (no 24/7 reception, no number to call to) I am felt unhappy with the delayed breakfast delivery and when I rang in the morning to follow up, no one can pick the phone. When I went downstairs and knock on the receptions window, no one was there yet. After 830am I rang again finally someone picked the call but not at work yet. They said they lost the slip (breakfast order form and that it), I picked muffins they gave fruit salad because apparently it will take time prepare muffins, and many more similar reasonings

Very impressed with our room. The bed was super comfy. Beautiful view of the beach.
