There was no entry light, so we had to walk through the dark to find a light. There was no soap in the bathroom for your hands. Carpet had a very large rip. I felt there should have been more face and hand towels. There was only two each of these.

Walked into this hotel at ten o’clock at night due to a family emergency and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Hotel was spotless and the room was well stocked. Breakfast was good if somewhat limited. Would definitely return.

The staff are always super friendly and the rooms are almost always clean, this last trip I could tell the room hasn’t been cleaned because there was Irene still on the toilet when we checked in.

Excellent. Our first time at a Fairfield Inn. Very nice. Great breakfast, clean room, nice person at check in(Dana). Requested top floor, no problem. The app even remembered I had a $20 credit and applied that!. We usually use Wyndham properties for the points and because we typically travel with pets but this time we weren’t and the reviews were horrible for Wyndham in Nashville. Glad I remembered the hotels.com app!

We bought the suit because we needed extra room without buying two rooms, the suits are for people with disabilities so everything was meant for people in a wheelchair the tub was very small and short which made my my daughter fall into the tub she's only one so very short tub some of the walls had something nasty on them. The bathroom kind of was a little grungy for the price we paid I don't think I would go back here but the people were nice and the breakfast was good and the housekeeping people are super nice

The initial room was unacceptable . It had a musky damp odor. The 2cd room was much more to our liking but what if the building had been booked out. We would have been.forced to sleep in the original.

They did not have any hand soap for the rooms and stated had back order problems for weeks… this should be fixed even if it costs money to go out and get soap for the rooms.
