This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is the most hospitable, friendly, thoughtful, and welcoming. They went out of their way to be helpful and make my family feel special. The rooms are very well designed and furnished - the perfect home to explore Lisbon.

The staff was kind and the place was very pretty and well cared for. The only problems were that the water pressure wasn’t great and the AC/heat didn’t work all night which kept me from sleeping. The lights were also tricky to understand - need instructions. Coffee was only served for 1 portion, with 4 guests, 2 adults staying in the room.

I was pleasantly surprised when I enter the apartment, they have high ceilings are newly renovated with a modern feel fully equipped kitchen. Will definitely visit this accommodation next time I stay in Lisbon!

Beautifully decorated historic building with new upgrades. A bit farther of walk to the tourist hub but made it feel like you were a local. Excellent customer service and they truly make it so easy and think of everything.

This property was perfect for our travel objectives. We wanted a place where we can cook for dinner. All the amenities were in place to do that. The property is close to many sites and we were able to walk everywhere from the property. We also liked the "quiet hours" in the evening, it made for a peaceful stay. If you are someone who prefers lots of buzz at night, this is not the place for you. The hotel is also close to a supermarket where you can purchase groceries for cooking meals.

Great location in the city. Central but away from the madness. Short walk to the metro and easy to grab an Uber or a tuk-tuk to get you anywhere in the city. Strongly recommended not having a car in Lisbon. Streets are confusing and mostly one way and parking is horrendous.
We stayed with our kids and apartment was a perfect size and set up. We all loved it!
Didn’t love the online check-in but staff were really helpful and supportive on-site.

The room was very comfortable with a kitchen and a nice view. The hotel area is located in an old neighborhood and it does not have an easy access to the main landmarks. The hotel offers a la carte breakfast and not a buffet. The manager and staff was very nice and willing to help eith travel tips around the area.

Would highly recommend OnJ to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lisbon. It was very centrally located and we were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. The subway was very close for those places we couldn’t walk to. The apartment itself was lovely- clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and over and above helpful in making sure that we were well taken care of. Truly a five out of five experience.

We had a great 3 day stay! Breakfast was excellent. Bianca was very helpful during our stay. Staff was always friendly. The best part was our couples massage! I highly recommend this property in Lisbon!

Great apart hotel conveniently located. Well maintained. Lovely garden/ terrace breakfast area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again if visiting Lisbon. Only comment by way of suggestion is that it would have been good to have had 4 coffee pods for 4 guests and for the coffee pods to be replenished after a night stay without charge. Slightly impacted perception of place but overall would recommend.

I would highly recommend. Stayed here with my other half and little girl (1 year old). Lovely, comfortable apartment, fabulous view from our balcony, clean, spacious, great location (little bit of a hill up to it), easily accessible with a stroller. Would definitely go back!

I loved everything about this property - it was beautiful and the studio with 2 beds was so modern and clean. beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. the kitchen was fully equipped with the highest end accessories. The staff was cheerful and kind and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious! I would recommend this hotel to the pickiest traveler!

Was Great to have our little 2 br apt on the top floor with no other neighbors. Everything you need in the kitchen for a small family. The place was spotless. Area was close to everything including Many local bakeries across the street. We spent 8 lovely evenings here. Thank you!

This hotel is highly recommended and I would love to go back. It's at it's best in 3 areas:
-Room is very clean, comfy and trendy. A/C in great condition. Our room can view the local neighborhood closely, really good for tourist.
-Location is perfect. It's walkable to major tourist area like Martim Moniz (where Metro and Tram28/12 stations are), Rossio station etc. There is also a Minipreco supermarket close by. Taking a Uber/taxi back is recommended because of the small uphill along the road, but since it's very close to the major area, it only cost few dollars each trip.
-Staff is the major reason why this hotel is 5 stars. They are all friendly and professional. I had a small incident in the city and they tried their best to help. This is extremely important for tourist like us. I can assure you, a hotel with good management team means best service.
Our family had a great time in Lisbon and this hotel is sure one of the reason!

Check in could have been better. Property had my information before but still did not provide access information beforehand. I had to knock on the door and waited under hot sun before someone opened the door.
Outside was run down but inside was modern looking and clean, however AC was not cooling sufficiently.
I did not get my free wine despite two reminders. At the time of checkout they offered the wine but it was not possible to carry in flight.
Overall an okay property.
