Showers didnt drain. Periodic intermittent internet but overall it was excellent. Good food great staff.

The safe were friendly and understanding about people with ASD disorder and helpful and there wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do to make you feel comfortable

I liked the response from the staff about "hulmigous" (ants) in the room. Immediate clean up. I liked the response to the absence of internet service for the first few hours of my stay. "We are working on it." and the problem was likely not to do with the hotel but the ISP. I liked the bathrooms in both rooms I stayed in. Outstanding size of the shower, water pressure and volume was great, the shower fixtures were top notch. Best I have experienced in the Philippines. The neighborhood appears rough but it is safe and the people are not in anyway threatening.

This is a very good place to come to when you visit Butuan City! I also liked that there is a gym super close to this Hotel! The staff are friendly and they make a great breakfast!

Place is clean and the staff are really nice. They need to be honest with their free breakfast though. During booking, they should specifically mention that their free breakfast is only for 2 guests When I booked this hotel, I choose for free breakfast and it was clearly stated that there will be 3 guests.

A few words to describe this hotel: CLEAN. The foyer. The stairs. The room. The CR. All spotless. Not one insect. Better than Astoria Mnl, which had an ant infestation. COMFY. the pillows. The duvet. Easy to lay on and stay warm. Astoria had worst quality pillows and a blanket used in the Vietnam war. CONVENIENT. parking right in front watched 24/7 by security. It was a bum fight at Astoria just to get to the grab ride. The bfast was simple yet tasty. The coffee was great. The AC is window mount type, thus noisy. And until about 11:30pm there was road noise. Use earplugs. The shower was spacious and ample hot water. Overall a great alternative to Watergate, which is fully booked unless you reserve weeks in advance. I recommend. This is a genuine review. Other hotels reviews can be easily analyzed for inauthenticity.

They have a wide variety of foods on the menu for lunch and dinner. The food was very good. Breakfast was one of 3 selections but quite good. The rooms were just the right size for our needs. Big walk-in shower with great water pressure. The beds were very comfy, and the air conditioning worked well. The best part about staying here was the staff. All friendly and very polite. All our requests for towels or water was promptly delivered to our rooms. I had a birthday while staying here and the staff gave me a cake and sang happy birthday to me. It’s the little things that make the stay from nice, to memorable. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re coming to stay in Butuan.

My Family enjoyed their stay

No working generator in times of disrupted electricity. Thus, no water, no aircon. Such discomfort it would bring.

Windows were not closed when we stayed the night therefore mosquitoes got in the room. I only discovered it in the morning when I noticed that there was a big fly in the room.

Good service....Wish they had an elevator or escalator for PWD.

Only queen bed provided instead of roomy two bed as pictured.

It was perfect for a short-term (week) stay, pretty much all I really needed. Downside maybe was no cooler or microwave in room; also no laundry (washer/dryer) service. Excellent daily breakfast and very friendly staff.

We book for 3 pax, with 3 free breakfast, but they allowed only 2 pax for the breakfast.

Good hotel and friendly staff

I like the welcoming and very accommodating receptionist. She is quick to offer assistance. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. It’s a nice place to stay for overnight or quick business, without the frills.
