A beautiful place to stay in Abington, VA. Clean, comfortable, and quiet with a remarkable staff.

We stayed just one night. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was nice and friendly. There was a lot of variety for breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

Unless you have money to blow, do not book at this hotel! It has been a nightmare. I prepaid via Hotels.com then arrived at the hotel where they had no internet so could not properly check us in. I had to give my credit card for “incidentals” which they hand wrote on a piece of paper. I specially told them I had prepaid which the woman at the desk thanked me for. The thanks I got was they charged my card for the full amount (which I already paid) & REFUSE TO REFUND. When we contacted them about their error, they were rude and unprofessional & said I had to contact Hotels.com. They refuse to refund even after being contacted by Hotels.com letting them know I did in fact pay. They’re scamming their customers with false charges & refusing to correct it. Be safe & go somewhere else!

Great place to rest

The property was very nice rooms were clean but no bags in the trash can.

We were on our back from south carolina and needed a place to stay. The room was spacious, the front desk attendant was very helpful in assisting me with my reservation. We would stay here again.

One night stay on a road trip with our family (5). Room was clean and comfortable. Easily fit our family for a restful evening. Staff was great.

Excellent hot water and water pressure. Mattress was fabulous. Had a great nights sleep and was ready to hit the road again the next day!

We normally stay at this property when visiting the college nearby and we have a nice stay. We’ve stayed at this property about 5-6 times in the past year and a half and we’ve had a great experience. This time around it it was quite different. We had a change of plans and we wanted to stay just one night instead of two. We let the hotel staff know at noon time and after dithering back and forth with managers and regional manager and several calls to Expedia to assist, the hotel said no, we can’t refund your one extra night because it was prepaid was their final answer. Yes, that doesn’t make sense. On top of that, before we left, I attempted to iron my shirt and a black substance on the iron ruined it. So I am out a Polo shirt and a one night charge. Now they have lost our business for the next 3 years staying anywhere from 6 to 8 nights a year for the upcoming college years. Not good (or smart) customer service.

The desk workers wanted to pass the buck, I sent emails to management regarding my stay….never answered. Laundry services available, but no change in the building….the building is excellent, staff, no. I had bugs in my room….I found a bite on my tummy….Realize I stayed for 1 week visiting family. I asked if my niece could bring my great niece to play in the pool, no….the pool was used 1 time I seen in that week besides being used by myself. With taxes I paid over $925 for this week….oh and food….seriously it was terrible. Everything was premade….yuck. And coffee or hot water were not available like in most hotels. Will I stay here w this chain again, absolutely NOT!

Excellent hotel for family stay. Children loved the pool. Breakfast items were available even for a 5 am departure.

The breakfast area and bar. It was super quiet. There were real cups, real cutlery and real plates. Super delicious coffee. My new fave hotel chain.

We have stayed at this Fairfield serval times on our travels to DC from Tennessee. The staff is always very helpful and pleasant, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Property is in new condition. Large room and bathroom.

The ratings overall would be much higher if we hadn’t found the previous guest’s dirty socks on the floor. It made us question if the room had even been cleaned.

It is right off interstate and easy to get to. It is very close to the shops downtown as well as minutes away from the Barter Theatre. I’m a big one for cleanliness and it met my stds very well.

Easily the nicest Fairfield I have stayed in. (Appeared) new, clean, great staff, and quiet rooms. If you are just stopping off the interstate, drive into Town it's a really beautiful main street with a couple of great restaurants.
