Convenient to my Copa destinations.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location. Breakfast was amazing! Comfortable and clean large room. Would definitely recommend.

There was no safe to store valuables in room, but staff in front desk and kitchen quite pleasant. Much homelessness around area at night

A room with a view of the trash containers and other windows. Not up to standard. Requested a room with 2 beds for mother and adolescent son and they provided a room with one bed. They said there is no availability, while the site offers still rooms with 2 beds.

The staff was nice, specialy the once in the cafeteria. The front desk clercks are multy langual that helps. The breakfast buffet is good. Also the location is good, its a parallel road to the beach boulevard and a 3 min. Walk to the beach. The hotel is an old building that shows, the rooms are spacious however very basic. Old with a coat of paint. Its ok, but do not expect to much. Go with an open mind if you are a custom to nice hotel rooms. I am sure pricing varies by season, but what I paid for the room $180 a night was way to expensive for what I got in return. For that I am prettty disappointed.

Great breakfast, the kitchen staff so up bit that make you start your day in a happy note. everyone very friendly and willing to help. Room was clean and spacious.

I stayed for 3 nights. The Hotel has a great location, the staff was super friendly and pretty good Breakfast buffet for the price. The building has its years. It has been remodeled but in certain things you notice that it is old. The bathroom is a bit small and the floor is slippery. Keep in mind that if you book a double bed room, it will be two individual beds together. Overall good Hotel, excellent location. Many restaurants around the corner, pharmacies, etc.

Location decent for Copa. Breakfast acceptable for a low-budget hotel. Security/safety issues: The front desk staff (also) gave my room to another traveller, who just walked in 9pm. That is a huge security breach. Luckily, I was in the room. When I confronted the front desk staff about this (same person who checked me in), it was just excuses and a blame game, no apologies at all. Also, the wifi is very spotty (drops all the time), the hotel is very noisy (no sound insulation) and the elevator was out of order. I intended to stay three nights, but checked out after one.

We were located in the 9 floor in a really uncomfortable room with chappy beds. The second day the elevators doesn't work and the cool water never runs, the hot water was insanely hot, We ask to cancel the reservation but the argue that it was a non-refund reservation. We run away from there 2 days before our check out with any courtesy of the hotel. I'm still waiting the manager's email one month later. Don't go there!!!!

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Friendly and helpful staff. Huge great room. Nice size bathroom but nowere to hang your cloths up. Good a/c. (needed). No kitchenette just a refrigerator. Overall very good value for money. Don't drive here you will not be able to park and transport is so cheap.

The bed room had small mosquitoes. We had a few small bites at night. Breakfast was from 7 to 10, late for most travellers. We had 10 minutes for breakfast due to 9:15 flight. Would be nice if breakfast can start at 6:00am. Wifi was slow in the room.

Ideal location for tourist. Very friendly staff. There is a fan but I did not feel existence of air conditioning. I was unable to synchronise my photos using the wifi. Overall you get what you pay.

Wonderful staff and very good location (no sea views, but parallel street to the promenade, quiet). The building is old but clean. The room was huge and airy. Nice basic breakfast. Only downside is the late check in (14.00), but you can leave your bags at the reception earlier and go for some food or a caipirina on the promenade. Would stay again.
