L’appartamento era accogliente e super pulito. La posizione perfetta. La cucina deliziosa. Tanti confort a disposizione (frigo, microonde, phon, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, …).

Suggeriamo la sostituzione del materasso del letto matrimoniale e l’installazione di zanzariere per consentire di arieggiare la casa senza essere invasi dalle zanzare e per il risparmio dell’aria condizionata.

Excellent location

What a great place to be! 2 sleaping rooms , 2 bathrooms and a big living and eating room. The kitchen had all in what we need. The flat ist really next to San Marco s place and had very nice furniture. Francesco ..the house contact Person ...was cute and nice. WE will stay there whenever WE plan to be in Venedig: 0)

Some very loud voices in the street in front of the flat

right in the middle of everything, but you quickly find out that that’s pretty easy in Venice even if you take a wrong turn every time

as others have mentioned, it is above a bar, but I do think it was understated in most reviews just how loud it is and late into the night the rowdiness went. expect to hear a lot of noise until at least 2am. additionally despite being billed as having A/C, it’s important to note that there is no control for this in the apartment (building wide apparently) and it can’t be used outside of summer. it’s late may and between walking all day and overall humidity it made for very uncomfortable sleeping. and if you make the mistake of leaving the windows open, expect to get eaten alive my mosquitos. all that being said not a bad place at all, just could use some quality of life improvements (like standing fans) to help counter the negatives.

The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. All furniture was comfortable and it was easy to relax after a big day of sightseeing. The location was great and surrounded by high end shops.
