Mo, at check-in, was super friendly and made our check-in a delight. The place is very new. Our room was nice with a minimalist style and decor. The towels and bed linens leave a bit to be desired but it is a budget motel. Bfast is slim, however there is a Kwik Trip right next door with anything you could want. It was quiet, comfortable, and a great one night stay near town.

Fabulous hotel at a great rate! Very dog friendly with a walking path in front of the hotel, also providing cleanup supplies. This hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable! Highly recommend!

There were good & bad to this property. I guess i have never had to pay extra to have a frig in my room? I couldn't open the window, even on the first floor? No clock in the room? Good things? Beds were good (pillows, not so much), very modern feel. I was able to pick my room location, that was nice! Also, a walk in shower was wonderful instead of the tub. There really was no breakfast besides granola bars & banana's. Still a ok place to stay.

We’ve stayed here before. It’s quiet, clean, pet friendly (there’s a doggy daycare right next door which is always fun to watch if the bigs or littles are out for exercise) if you’re traveling w/ your pet, and a very quick and easy drive to downtown area. Staff are always very friendly and polite.
Forewarning: if you want a microwave and refrigerator in your room, you will need to request a room w/ one and it will cost extra.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. The work are was well lit and had plenty of room to spread out papers and still be able to use the laptop. Had a pleasure to talk to the owner before i left. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will stay there again

Nice, new, and clean. Was nicer than some of the higher end places. We stayed in a handicapped room and it was very comfy and the handheld showers were very nice. No hot breakfast, but there are grab & go options that were very adequate.

Rooms were clean. My only issue with the room, that I think they should address is the TV placement in the single queen rooms. It's so off centered from where the bed is, it's hard to watch TV when lying in bed.

One of the better hotels we have stayed at in recent memory. Single bed rooms are small but it felt like the right size. Staff was friendly and everything seemed up to date. Rooms on the west side have a view of a daycare for pets so we got to see lots of dogs out our window!
Only downside was no fridge/microwave in the single room but that was not an issue! Highly recommend when visiting Mankato
