Short stay but comfortable and clean. Easy and convenient to Gillette stadium for the patriots game the next day.

Pool was closed and upon check front desk had no idea why. We were told we could use the conference room for a large gathering family dinner. 2 hours before everyone showed up we were told we could not use the conference room so had to have the large family dinner in the lobby. Reserved a wheelchair accessible room was put into a hearing/vision accessible room and then had to move rooms while having the family dinner. Usually we love this hotel but this experience was horrible and disappointing

The only item that wasn’t up to the mark, washroom door knob was broken and no exhaust at all. All day coffee station wasn’t refilled or changed.

This was the 2nd time that I stayed here so I could attend a Patriots game. It's super close to Gillette and Patriot Place. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The silverware at breakfast could have been cleaner as could the sheets in the bedroom (we had little black hairs on the sheets). The floors are also super thin and I could hear a T Rex stomping around above us all night. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Would stay here again.

Great hotel, our check in process was amazing with the staff we worked with. The morning of check out was a bit hectic, the other staff member who we did not work with during check in was not very attentive. The breakfast was okay, I felt like there were not very many options. Overall the property was very clean and all other staff were great! Will definitely stay here again!

I was great and convenient. The staff (except for one) was very nice, including the manager. My kids loved staying here and look forward to staying again on our next visit to Foxborough. Highly recommend.

Hotel was clean, but the mattress were horrible, special the sofa-bed, should not be count for a two persons capacity, the breakfast included, great but need more variety of fresh food not frozen and include some fresh veggies
En general the hotel is quiet with the exception at night when you have to sleep and someone in the room above yours, decide to jump and run the whole night, we couldn’t sleep 3 nights, we called the front desk to resolve and they stopped for 5 min and then turns worse for us, so the hotel didn’t nothing to resolve the situation only apologize for that.

Unfortunately room wasn’t ready when arrived, once we got in the room the accommodations were fine. We also had an incident and got st um in the elevator during our visit. Overall hotel was great but not sure it was worth the rate since the room rate was higher than usual do to a concert in the area that night.

Overall, the room and hotel were very good. However, the area around the pool is very slippery. The tiles should have a lot more texture to them. Also, there wasn't any guide for the tv. Going to the onscreen guide wasn't helpful as it showed the station but no information as to what show or movie was playing. Due to the heat, we spent a lot of time in the room and it was frustrating having to flip through the stations to find something that we wanted to watch on tv.
