Excellent hotel. Clean, quiet, and amazing staff.

We love staying here when we visit Rexburg. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very nice and clean. Definitely recommend!

The room we requested was not the one we usually get when we go. It was small and uncomfortable. There were dead flies on the windows, floor and bathroom. The mirrors and dressers were covered in dust. Apparently that room (306) was not used or cleaned in a while. The next day, I went to breakfast and found part of the bread I was going to eat with mold on it. When I told the hotel staff about this, they just said “I’m sorry.”

The stay was good. There were hairs left in the bathroom sink and shower gross to see. Check I was great. Will was very helpful and friendly. The bed left something to be desired. Hard and not comfortable at all!

We love staying at holiday inn hotels but this experience has really turned things around. This hotel was the worse experience since we arrived. When arriving the front desk let us know they have electric vehicle charging points for $0 an hour and will charge $25.00 an hour after being fully charged idle fees. That was a lie! We were charged a regular fee for the car charge. For breakfast, the cereal was stale and I wouldn’t have noticed if it wasn’t because I tried it to see why none of my kids wanted to eat it. Final straw; they claimed an extra $75 dollar fee hours after leaving the hotel for a yellow stain they couldn’t get out and claim they have to cut it out and place a new piece. They sent a picture with a yellow stain after they tried cleaning it. That was their own cleaning products . By far worse holiday inn I’ve gone to trying to pocket out as much from their customers.

The check in was great but when I called the front desk in the morning to see if I could extend my stay for another night at the same rate I paid for the first night, i was told I would have to pay an extra $40 even though the room was available. I decided to stay elsewhere but would rather have stayed another night at the Hampton.
