The staff here was great! The breakfast was a nice start to the day, but not super impressive. The location is great for an easy walk in and around Havana.

Nice price-quality ratio, but careful with the surroundings

Our stay was extremely comfortable. The 24/7 on site managers were super helpful with everything from afternoon coffees to advice on various transportation options to near and far destinations. The room was very clean, the air conditioning lovely, and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Havana.

The place is stone throw away from Malecon, and within easy walking distance to Old Havana. Location is good. The highlight here is the super helpful and friendly staff who proactively offers assistance during our stay and provides tips on how to explore the city. The room is perfectly described and presented as in the photos.

Don't let the immediate neighbourhood deter you from this property. It is in perfect walking distance to Old Havana! The staff is absolutely delightful, helpful, and speak perfect English.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Although not all staff spoke English there was always someone on staff that had good English language skills. They were able to arrange taxis, suggest local areas of interest, and exchange currency on a limited scale. The facility was clean and safe, the room clean and modern in appointments. The location is very close to the old downtown and the seawall, and is convenient for walking. The location is, like many such in Havana and elsewhere in Cuba, located in a run down area, with decaying buildings and such, but that is Cuba and I felt safe walking around there. Expect money changers, guitar salesmen and some prostitutes in the area but they were not a serious bother. They supply a nice breakfast and have beers and sodas in the room refrigerators and can do laundry for you. All of this costs extra so if on a tight budget be sure to ask the price beforehand. I plan to return!

Fantastic service, comfortable rooms, pretty rooftop deck, walkign distance to everything.

We arrived late on Christmas day. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us situated explaining where to find a meal. The staff spoke Spanish and English and seemed intent on making us as comfortable as possible. The family enjoyed the hot shower. Wifi in the lobby worked, speed isn't great, but that is not their issue. It worked was the main thing. I would recommend it.

The staff and the service were great! They were very helpful and all the places they recommended were really nice. You can easily reserved Taxi, restaurants, tours through their contact network. The room was big, clean and with AC. Highly recommended for anyone that comes to Cuba for the first and that want a smooth trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Staff were really nice and helpful. They helped us with booking tickets for shows or arranging taxis. Breakfast is nice, with fresh fruits and juice. The area is a bit damaged and dirty but like the whole Cuba, it is safe.
