Good value, modern bathrooms. Very reasonable given price, the flooring etc could use some repair but was clean enough for our satisfaction.

Rek Inn was in a very good location close to downtown Reykjavik. Despite being unstaffed, check-in and pre-arrival instructions were very clear. The room was clean and spacious with a modern bathroom. There was access to a communal kitchen and seating area which had all the necessary amenities to cook basic meals. On-street parking was always available close to the hotel and the area was quiet and safe. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it.

Kitchen with fridge, one ring cooker, dishes and utensils and a nice area for eating/sitting. No staff on site, you are given access code remotely and then you find keys inside. But works ok. It was ok to check in before 2pm which we appreciated!
