I went there for my birthday weekend and was so disappointed. The micowave was dirty and molded, d ceiling fan had mole and dirt all over it.Went to talk to d manager and she act like she care but didnt. I will not go thru Hotel.com no more, cause they dont do nothing when u call them just take ur money.

Rooms are not very comforting, welcoming or anything extraordinary and definitely could use some updating. Didn’t have enough blankets or towels, and the balcony is a joke.

It was ok. Staff was excellent. Could use updates on rooms. Area was loud due to Myrtle beach police not enforcing Mustang week .

The worst hotel/resort I ever been to my whole life. My room smell like mold. Rooms in really bad shape. Everything very old and dirty. Bad communication. Texted and call about the room situation they reply 3 days later. Call them said would check it out never showed up.

Cleanliness was was subpar

Stay was great room was very clean and had all amenities I needed. Just didn't like I had to park a street over and navigate a sharp ass turn and I drive a large truck

It doesn't have a balcony to sit on, just a stand up but everything else was good

I honestly don't think this hotel been updated or deep cleaned since the 80's. The floors, furniture, ceilings, bathroom...everything...looked unclean. The ceilings were blackened near the air vents and I couldn't decide if it was mold or just years of dust. The closet door and several cabinets were barely hanging on. Dresser drawers were mostly unusable. The bed sheets looked clean, but the bed itself was a dirty relic. The balcony was about 1 foot wide (barely large enough for 1 person to stand on). On the positive side, the location was pretty convenient, although we could hear the traffic at night. We were able to park for most of our trip and walk everywhere. We never saw housekeeping for 4 days, but the staff we did see were friendly and helpful. It's a place to stay a a last resort, but there are better places if you have options.

Rude service, ice machine on property is broken, ice maker in freezer was also broken,, tv remotes didn't work,when call front desk maintenance refused to fix it . Also they expected the customer to clean our entire hotel room in order to get back room deposit ... Basically the customer becomes housekeeping.. , Parking not even on property,,, You have to parking parking garage a block away , and parking garage is not lite at all street hoodlums are hanging around it smoking illegal drugs. It looks like something out of a death wish movie where a woman would end up being raped or killed in if she goes there alone. Horrible place.. This hotel doesn't even offer a breakfast for you.. I WILL NOT EVER TAKE MY FAMILY THERE AGAIN.. Workers don't care to help you or your family...

The room was nasty and had bugs.. contacted management and they kept trying to give me the runaround about my refund… my family and I left the same night we arrived and found another hotel. I would not recommend this resort!

A/c was broke when we got there. The maintenance never fixed it just showed me how to empty the drain pan with a kitchen cup. Both hot tubs were broken the whole trip, and was told been like that for weeks. No Balcony's have porches. Mattresses felt like plywood.

Yes, the property is aging. It's as clean as you could expect. Friendly staff, kudos to the guy who checked me in, very nice and helpful, most patient. Great location great views. We loved it and would stay again.

I was at the six floor and the bed room is located face to the street ,it was noisy

I feel that the photos on the website was of a renovated room which was what sold us on staying there. However the room we were in needed major work. The bathroom had mold, the ceiling over the shower looked like it was going to fall in. I’m not sure that we will be staying there again.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The property is outdated, unkempt & not comfortable

This property is the ideal location for shopping, restaurants, the beach, the sky wheel. However, the property is very dated, housekeeping never came during my 3 day stay (i purchased my own toilet paper & cleaning supplies), the bedroom of my “suite” was claustrophobic and by the front door (we opted to sleep on the pullout in the living room area), check in staff seemed unsure in the procedure, and overall i was just disappointed in the property.

Great location. Horrible to check in. Rusted out appliances decor and furniture from 1970.

I have never been to a property in Myrtle Beach as disgusting as this one. Beware…it’s cheap but you get what you pay for. I love Myrtle Beach. For the first time in my life I couldn’t wait to leave.

We went through Expedia to book our hotel. We had placed to get the biggest room, and paid up front before we got there for the suite. When we got there at the desk they told us we rented a basic room which is the smallest room. They would not do anything about this problem and I even suggested to pay again to get the suite we initially booked. They wouldn’t even let me do that!!! They just continued to argue with us on the subject!! So we were stuck with 4 people in the smallest room, not to mention the fan in the bathroom was leaking all over the toilet and floor the entire time. I will NEVER stay there again. Our experience was horrible.

I dont find restaurants

This place was nasty they did not clean it well at all. There was globs of hair in the shower and all over the bathroom floor. Stains on the bed comforter.

Overall the Executive Room was ok but the refrigerator & dishwasher had rust spots.

Stayed at this hotel 25 years ago it needs updating now

nice location, beautiful view, generally clean. The furniture is old and tired looking and very old style. The peeling paint and I think it was mold in the bathroom was the worst.

The property was so rundown. The only good thing about it. Is the location definitely not worth the price.

TI will stay again when I’m on vacation
