It’s fine, good if you are looking for cheap but don’t expect much. Shared bathrooms, door was unlocked, AC broken, noisy. Just good if you are waiting for a layover

Good location, great city view via balcony, plenty of dining and shopping nearby. Clean room and great AC - bring your own toiletries.

Shower difficult to use. Sink stuck did not drain. No one to help in case of need, or noise.

Great location, good service but you can hear the other guests using the bathroom and even if you have the ensuite rooms, still have to deal with hearing the other guests take their showers, chat in their rooms or even use the toilet. Not exactly romantic. The kitchen wasn't really clean either. But if your hesitating between a private room in a hostel and a proper hotel or flat rental, this is a good in-between and that exact in-between pricepoint. Service was good, location is great and we felt very safe there. There was a lot of construction, street npise as well as hearing the other guests go about their business there. I'd go back alone, but not for a romantic getaway.

Three stars is reasonable. Staff was only there after 11:30 since i’ve never seen any and only disposed of general rubbish left in the room. Property is comfortable but shower is a common area which was not very pleasant. Location is great with metro right below the building and easy access to your room. There’s also a common kitchen area. Only towels are provided, soap, shower gel and other items you must have/buy.

I would not recommend this hotel for these reasons:- They use a passcode system to enter your room and the hotel, and changed my passcode before my checkout date, leaving me locked out of not just my room but the hotel itself.- They do not have staff onsite for check in (even during the hours they say they should have staff). So if you just arrive and try knocking, you won't be able to get inside- All the lights were off inside the hotel, I had to find my room with a literal flashlight- NLC does not have an official contact phone number (the one on Google is incorrect), meaning you can only reach them via email and they can take hours to respond, so good luck if you're locked outside The only good things were the tidiness, and the room itself being aesthetically pleasing. Would not recommend overall due to the above.

Unfortunately we did not find the breakfast that was supposedly included, so we left hungry to fly home. Apart from that the room at NLC was really cute and clean! I'm sure we'll consider staying there again when in Lisboa!

Had fabulous stay for a couple of nights. The staff was absolutely amazing.

Chilled ending to our holiday. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. The short distance to the airport is also a plus, if you have to catch an early flight.

We had issues with the AC, the staff look into it urgently, however, until we checked out, they were not able to fix it. My boyfriend and I have to suffer the loud noise outside coz we have to open the window otherwise, we’ll be sweaty all night. Nonetheless, I am still giving it a good rating for the price and if the AC is working fine.
