Got a clogged toilet on Sunday morning. Told the front desk 3 different times about it. The only thing that was done was someone sat a plunger in the bathroom while I was out. Checked out Monday morning and it still had not been corrected. Makes things really difficult without an operational toilet. Most likely would not use this hotel again.

The room was extremely noisy. I got woken up at 6:30am from the room above me. The bed side table was very dirty

Room felt dirty when we checked in - bathroom floor was sticky. Breakfast was not good. Oatmeal cold, eggs rubbery and the bread was hard like it had been sitting out for a day. Yuck!We were told maid comes only every other day during our extended stay. However, maid only came once in a week long stay- very awful! We had to keep going to front desk at night to get towels. The pool was dirty, water green and not chemically treated properly, tile around the pool was filthy like it had never been cleaned. The staff was not friendly or helpful. View out the window was of the windows of another hotel.

The Service was great Especially the night shift, but the Claening crew and breakfast staff was very professional and friendly as well. It was me and My Son who stayed for a Harley Davidson Homecoming event. Noone messed with my bike and the Events were easy enough to get to and yes I would recommend this place.

Staff was inconsistent in responding to requests for assistance. Some were responsive, others made faces or rolled their eyes.
Requested help with slow draining bath tub, but it took 3 days to have problem resolved.

Had what we assumed to be a small rodent making scratching noises in our exterior wall at 12:30AM on our final night, however the front desk staff promptly call maintenance and refunded us that night’s stay.

The hotel did not wait for me to arrive in order for me to pay even though that Is the option I chose on Hotels.com. Since I did not plan to use the card they had on file they gave my room away. I arrived at 9:30 pm and needed to get my family a room for my daughter's college graduation in the morning. I was very disappointed. When I asked about the policy they said they do not communicate their policy to Hotels.com.

Stayed only one night but it was clean, decent size room and staff was very pleasant.

Our stay was fine - friendly people, clean facility, nice breakfast... The only issue was that there was no one at the front desk for us to check-in. We waited a half hour. There was a lady there before us that told us she had been waiting 20 minutes already. Three other groups arrived to check-in after us and also had to wait. Once the clerk arrived, everything went smoothly.

Not your typical Fairfield, more like a remodeled older hotel. Very noisy. Location is in a parking lot with 2 other hotels. Pool was closed, but was

I liked the ease of parking. The breakfast was well looked after and well stocked even though we got u late. My nieces liked the workout facilities and that was one of the deciding factors in choosing Fairfield.

The Front Desk Attendant was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed was really comfortable.

The property is very, very nice. It is very clean! The problem we encountered was a party being held in the room next to ours and the desk clerks on both the afternoon and overnight shifts being fully aware of it and doing nothing about it. It began about 9pm, was quiet fro 10:30pm to 2:30am and started up again until approximately 6am. I did email the hotel manager but have not heard back from him and I don’t expect too.

The front desk staff was top tier. They were very friendly and so helpful. I did not have house keeping clean the room while I was there but they ensured if I needed anything (extra toilet tissue, trash bags, etc) all I had to do was ask. I will definitely consider this location when I come back to visit

We arrived and were greeted by Sharon at the front desk. She was very friendly and super helpful. The room was clean and had what we needed for our overnight stay. The location was convenient to shopping, dining and to the highway for getting downtown. We would stay here again.

Room is clean, bed is very comfortable. The hotel is close to a busy highway under construction but honestly we couldn’t hear any noise. The only thing that kept me from giving a five star was the door lock to our room. It’s a little hard to turn to unlock.

When I checked in the attendant at the front desk stated well as you heard the boiler went out and there’s no hot water she said they had been dealing with the issue since Wednesday, I booked my room Friday I feel I should have been made aware of this problem and again I called Saturday to see if I could check in early she stated I could because there were room available, still never making me aware of the issue. I asked was I going to be discounted she said no but it’s my choice if I wanted to go somewhere else. My problem with that was if she would have told me the issue before I got there I would have gone somewhere else, I had just got in from Texas and all I needed right then was a HOT shower and a nap.

It was nice and quiet. Bed was comfy. Shower was a little small and it took a while for the water to get hot but other than that it was a nice stay.
