A newer hotel that is looked after very well. Average sized rooms were clean and in good condition. King bed was very comfortable, the pillows were average. Above average continental breakfast. Located in a very nice residential area.

Only problem I have is that the curtains do not keep out the light from street lights and they only had sheers going across. Other than that check in was easy simple and quick. Stay was very polite.

The hotel is pretty average but the AC in the room was so loud and made a horrible noise the whole time. Also the curtains don’t close for some reason they’re designed so they have to stay open and people in the parking lot could definitely look in the window to see you in your room. It’s also super bright in the room because of this making it difficult to sleep. Just disappointing for the price.

This was a gem of a place to stay. Comfortable and quiet. Theresa checked us in and was super welcoming and pleasant. 😊 She even called shortly after checkin to see if we needed anything. Thank you Theresa. It’s always a bonus to have such pleasant faces on the front lines.

I had booked through Expedia, and paid for the room in full.
When we arrived at the hotel to check-in, the clerk at the front desk originally told me that I had not paid for the room, I had to tell him to verify that as I had a receipt indicating payment in full and a card on file for incidentals.
Be sure to have your receipt available when booking through a third party to not get charged twice.
I think that it most likely was due to a training issue or a blip in the system. No other issues with our stay.

The hotel rooms were ok, but there were a lot of HUGE spiders outside of the window at night time. The other thing was the breakfast that was provided. There was no food to serve and a lot of people were waiting for food. So un-prepared. Also, the staff was using her hand to take the bread and bagels to the tray. She should use a tong.

Only complaint they were out of many things at breakfast, eggs, waffle batter etc and took over 1/2 hour to replace after many people asking. By then we just left.
