Great staff clean rooms

Super friendly staff and great location.

It is a clean and friendly hotel. The plaza, for restaurants, is walkable as long as you consider .5 mile, walkable. Would and will stay again.

Great location with even better staff! I have stayed at thousands of hotels and the staff here are second to none. The parking area was full and the night shift manager made spots up for a few guests so we didn’t have to park elsewhere. Fantastic place. Extremely clean

Decent hotel but breakfast is nothing to brag about.

I was very impressed. The customer service here was excellent. The place is very nice, beds very comfortable, very clean, and overall exceeded my expectations. We had a great stay and I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice place

We were in town for a concert at the stadium and this hotel was perfect! Easy drive and no problem getting into the parking garage when we got back. I do wish breakfast would have been served later.

The staff here were extremely friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool was a decent size. Overall the room felt pretty clean. Some splatters/stains on walls and the couch. My only complaints are the flow of traffic when checking in/parking and how cold it is for the person sleeping next to the air conditioner. If you’re the person who has to sleep on the side of the bed that’s next to the air conditioner it is FREEZING. Even the bedding was FREEZING. In terms of checking in/parking…you turn off of the street into a small circle. Cars stop in this circle to go check in but you also have to drive through this circle to get into the parking lot or parking garage. So both times we were coming back to the hotel after being away we had to just sit and wait for quite along time because you can’t get around the cars who are parked and inside checking in. Overall a nice stay. The parking situation was by far the most frustrating.

breakfast on July 4 was shut off at 9 AM. Holiday should have stayed open longer.

This property is very clean and the staff is always friendly. Anthony is just fabulous! Bed was comfy and breakfast was good.

Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Went above and beyond to assist with any requests we had and had great recommendations for places to eat and visit while in town.

Clean room and nice staff. The pool was itty bitty, and the pool deck was soaked and super slick. Both my kids almost bit it and they were just walking.

House keeping was not very good at all. We stayed from Tuesday to Monday and the bed was never made or vacuum never ran the whole intire time. When they did come they just set towel on counter and the complete trash wasn’t taken.

We really liked this hotel. King suite room was very nice & plenty of room for 3 of us. Modern decor & a comfortable couch that turned into a trundle bed. AC worked great

It was a nice hotel. The staff was helpful and polite.

I was unhappy to pay the parking fee. We’re in the middle of town. Isn’t it pretty likely we’ll have a car? Room was nice and clean. I didn’t see that there was a free hot breakfast, but there was and it was very good. I could not get the temp just right. They have those thick comforters which are too heavy, but the a/c blows forcefully right in your face very cold air. The bed was comfortable otherwise. Nice couch/microwave/fridge. Shower pelts you aggressively, but pleasant.

Great location. My only complaint was parking. You pay $15 a day to park but there is not enough parking. Staff is absolutely amazing, it seems like the front desk person has a lot on their plate in evening and night (bartender, front desk, helping guest park, getting linens). Overall would definitely stay here again.

good place

My husband and I stayed for his birthday weekend and were so pleased with the quality of service at check in. The hotel I clean and up to date. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The only thing I would do is update the bed mattress. It’s was a little soft for us but overall it was well worth the money. I will be coming back and recommend to families or couples for a getaway.

Clean

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff at check in were so nice! The only issue I had was the I was told breakfast was from 6:00-9:00 AM, and when I went down at 6:40 there still wasn't anything hot out.

This hotel is in a great location to visit the plaza. Parking garage is limited. We parked on arrival and left our car there using alternative transport. Staff was friendly, breakfast good, facility like new.
