I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites, and my experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The lobby was immaculate, with modern decor and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The room was spotless and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds, crisp linens, and a spacious bathroom. The stay was great,i wasn't expecting to pay an extra $25 a day which was refunded at the end of my stay but yet unexpected breakfast was great my family loved it

Room was big clean , pool was amazing

Customer service with one individual could have been better mainly due to poor communication or just not knowing more about the hotel amenities. The food was just okay and no waffle machine. Although most times I do not get my room cleaned every day, I was taken aback when I learned of their policy of only cleaning rooms every other day. One day only the beds were attended to. We had to take the trash down the hall to the attendant to dispose.

This was a great stay. I would definitely stay here again very updated. Everything was clean. Breakfast was great. The only issue I had were the pillows were too flat for my liking, especially since we reserved a king bedroom. I expected a bit more pillows.

This was one of my best stays in the DFW area. The breakfast line up made my entire family happy and full before our adventure around the city. We needed some extra towels and toiletries, which the staff was very accommodating. The room was quiet and clean after a long day. I didn't get to see the pool but I'm sure we will be back!

Check in system was down when we arrived but clerk got us our room. She was GREAT! The room was nice and clean but lots of Freeway noise.

Pool was out of service and bed was hard.

Very nice property. My is excessive noise from I20. I heard it all night! We were in the rear of the complex!! Need some noise cancelling padding or something. Other than that, great hotel.

Hotel was extremely clean. Our room was nice & cool, bathroom spacious & clean. We didn't have a chance to use the fitness center or pool, but looked at the pool. Clean & well maintained, but very small. Breakfast was hot & substantial.

Well I was very disappointed with the breakfast, i dont know what changed since my stay in April, but I noticed that they no longer offer waffles for breafast and without that the breakfast is sub-par. No biscuits to go with the gravy. The eggs and sausage were barely warm as were the potatoes. Should reconsider removing the waffle makers.

Nice hotel. Convenient area. No noise which was good. There was a towel hanging on the wall in the bathroom when we arrived at the room. The towel was from a previous guest in the hotel. The towel was dirty n dingy.

The room was nice, no complaints other than being unable to get a room receipt at the end of the stay, I was told as it was booked thru hotels.com that I'd have to get it from them...this stay had 3 other hotels all of which had zero problems giving me a receipt at departure

It was a wonderful place, easy parking and very clean

The front desk clerk can use a little training to be more accomodating. She seemed to hate being there.

They stole vehicles off the parking lot of the hotel… that was apart of my party of basketball ball tournament

It was largely uneventful and the amenities provided were great to have and use. The location to restaurants was super helpful as well.

My daughter, granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay. Everything and everyone was great. Due to the fact that I had a 3 yr old with me who is very active, I did not complain about the above noise that sounded like children jumping and falling on the floor. It was a good stay.
