Bathtub spout when pin pulled for shower head to operate it leaked more from the bottom then from the top… a bug crawled on me when i was asleep

Very comfortable stay and pet friendly. Maintenance was somewhat lacking…numerous lights not working and room door security latch broken

The good thing about this place is the staff is nice and helpful. The bad: the towels had stains on them, and I was given 3 floor towels, and 2 hand towels, no full body towels. Trash left in the restroom when I checked in. A few lights were not working in the bathroom and bedroom. The fridge makes a loud obnoxious noise unless you move it around to prevent it.

The Atrium has spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The continental breakfast had a great, well stocked selection of items and beverages. The front desk clerk and the maintenance man who helped me with the tv in the room were very friendly and courteous. This stay was the last night of 2 weeks and 5 states and it did not disappoint. I will use it anytime I travel through Fort Stockton.

My husband and I travel on I-10 a lot, and we always try to stay the night at the Atrium. The rooms are very affordable, and the staff is very courteous. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. We also enjoy the beautiful atrium that the hotel surrounds. A stay at this hotel is definitely worth the money.

The room was clean but the room itself was in poor condition. There was a large hole on the back of the bathroom door. As for the front door, we had to put a towel down because you could literally see the outside. The AC unit was not big enough to cool the room so we were miserably hot. The atrium was nice and the pool looked nice.

Clean and quiet.

Place is not bad for the price. Just a bit run down with age. I bet it was great some 10-20 years ago. (Room had numerous problems: floor was missing a plank, bathroom needing a ceiling fixture)

It looks like they are in the process of updating this property. Our room was not updated yet. A bit old and tired.

Satisfactory stay, not so great but also not so bad.. Property is aging and seems like a construction company owns it now with what all the construction stuff, bobcats and backhoes in one end of the property.. Has a nice clean pool and hot tub inside a gazebo instide the confines of the hotel..

Not a bad stay...room was clean, but this place could be pretty nice if the owners would invest a little money in it. Stairs are falling apart. A little face-lift would do wonders, but likely they're just trying to squeeze as much money out of it as possible before closing. The atrium itself has potential to be really cool.

The hotel is really nice, but a bit dated. The indoor pool was liked by the kids as a way out of the heat and some fun. The rooms were clean and overall good. Perfect pit stop on our trip but wouldn’t stay a week.

Needs extensive renovations. Plumbing awful, door to bathroom seemed like it was going to fall off. No sign outside to tell you it was your destination. You need to let people it is a home for workers.

It was obvious they were doing renovations. Bottom hinge on bathroom door was broken, Stains on the mattress sheet and one of the pillow cases, could not adjust the water temp in the shower, the handle just spun around. Drain stoppers missing or broken. When we called the front desk about the sheet stains they said they did not have any one in housekeeping on site. We told them to bring us new sheets and we would replace them ourselves. They offered to change our rooms, but we had already gotten ready for bed after a 9 hour drive and just wanted to get sleep and leave. The room next to ours had a broken window and glass was all over that window area. When we replaced the mattress sheet we noticed they did have a mattress cover, but it had huge stains on it. I don't know if they are aware that they can wash that cover. Needless to say we cancelled our return stay.

Room wasn’t super clean like the room hot tub had stains and sink had something growing on facet and there was a hole in the ground but it was cheap. super great staff. Very welcoming. Would stay again.

The Atrium area is unbelievalbe. Rooms are simple and clean. Breakfast is very good...the pancakes are wonderful!

Was the perfect little spot for passing through, when you pull up your like oh no but place ended up being better then expected, can't beat it for the price and was cozy to sleep at while passing through when you don't need anything fancy if your getting on the road in the morning.

Older hotel with needs for upgrades. But comfortable and priced right

Very clean room and outstanding staff and amazing indoor pool and gym area like a oasis island with access to atrium area through ur room.

The rooms were nice. We were just there to sleep and get back on the road. The only thing I would say that I had a hard time with the stairs going up to the room. They were really hard to go up because they are steep and need to be fixed up. However, I would like to stay there again just so I could see the rest of the property.

Nice place for the price. The outside of the building a bit old but the rooms inside is great. Clean, everything works. I liked the amount of TV channels to choose.

Could make sure all the lights work on rooms…

This hotel is under renovation so understand ably there needs to be repaired. Everyone was friendly and explained the situation. I’d stay there again.

Stayed just the one night. I loved the greenhouse-like pool with all the tropical plants (and no sparrows or grackles in the trees). Hotel does need a new sign - i had to ask at the desk if this was the correct hotel. Everything else was quite suitable.

The atrium build up in the middle of the property is good. The pool and hot tub and the garden looks clean. The only negative is the condition of the rooms- the shower, bathtub, faucets are beaten up with some functionality. If you don’t mind fancy room facilities then this is a good place for on the way stopover road trip.
