They had limited breakfast items no eggs, fruit, ran out of yogurt, and creamer, only give you shampoo, no conditioner or lotion. Pillows are like wafers flat. Bedding is tired. Spartanlike rooms, seems like emotionally disturbed individuals flock to it.

Was in town for a family reunion and booked a few rooms to stay a few days. We had plenty of space. The rooms were clean and liked we had the kitchen area. Close to everything. Not a duplicate review. We had two rooms.

Great place

Just a room to sleep in for two nights. Did have a small efficiency kitchen.

I worked all day and arrived after midnight at the hotel. They told me that they cannot check me in after midnight even though I had a reservation. They had given my room away and I had to find another hotel. I would never try and stay here again.

By far the most challenging experience. I have an autistic daughter who was a bit rowdy. I was asked to change my room at midnight that night to a new floor. The floor that the host moved me to had a plugged drain in the bath tub. The CSR assured me that I someone would be looking at it but to my dismay that did not happen. I was told later that night that there was not a maintenance person on staff that late and I would need to move to another room. I chose to wait until the next day. Long story short, I was forced to bathe family in our own filthy water as again the water did not drain. To make matters worse, while preparing to check out this morning, there was a cockroach crawling up my wall. This is so unfortunate as I paid $644 dollars to have less than acceptable accommodations. I wasn’t able to call or get through customer relations. I really hope that someone chooses to identify these issues and correct them properly. It’s a nice area and sadly this definitely changed my perspective for future visits.

It’s nice and clean.

We wanted a place close to my daughter's house to stay for our granddaughter's High School Graduation. This was the perfect spot and we will use it again.

Everything was great till I got in the shower and it must have been skipped to be cleaned. There was hair from being shaved and stuff on the shelves. There was also an envelope asking for a tip from them cleaning the room which I felt is really starting to get stupid. First of all a clean room is what we pay $110+ a night for; and it wasn’t all the way clean.

It was great in every way (except no coffee in the room 🙃!) I’ll know for next time.

Property was nice and easy to get to. Staff was friendly and working hard to help everyone. Walls in room were a bit thin as we heard other guests in the joining rooms as they moved around. No kitchen supplies as suggested in advertising and the breakfast was more grab and go than what I had expected. Still very clean and affordable.

My wife had to clean the bathrooms, I’ll let you interpret what we think!

Terrible experience. Paid more than $500 for three night stay. Included to go ‘breakfast’ were packets of grits, lukewarm coffee and nothing else. Pathetic. Mentioned this to reception, who sympathized and said they weren’t delivered usual breakfast food. She said manager would call us about possible compensation. No call. Very basic accommodations
