The hotel was very clean and in a great area however we will not be returning. 1. We witnessed staff chasing a man through our floor, the person was stealing out of cars 2. We had our “Do Not Disturb” tag on our door and the staff still cleaned our room. I don’t feel comfortable with staff cleaning our room with our belongings in the room and I know I put the tag on the door but it seems like it was disregarded. 2. The fire alarm kept going off. I’m not sure if it was malfunctioning but the whole hotel had to evacuate at 4 am. Then when we went back in after the fire department cleared the hotel it went off 3 more time in an hour span. I’m 1 year old was shaking because of how loud it was and it kept waking him up. I understand things happen that’s out of the hotels control but they did a poor job managing what had happened with the alarm going off.

The manager needs training in customer service

Manager and staff at this location absolutely horrible. Fire alarm was set of 3 times during our stay 1st time at 4 am fire trucks came and left. Then again at 5 am and 6 am. Ask for later check out was told no even though alarms going off all night. They did absolutely nothing to try and accommodate us for the inconvenience. Nothing near by only a Walmart and some stores horrible place. Only upside it was mildly clean except the pool which had floating debris in it. Would not recommend stay away!!!

Had to wait an hour to get an extra blanket for a 3 year old at 10pm. They did bring it around 11 after a couple reminders. One elevator was down so it took for ever.

This is definitely one of the best hotels weve stayed at. From the service to rooms and the amazing breakfast!

Clean but with carpets in rooms which I’m not a fan of. They can never be cleaned properly, although they seemed clean and the rest of the room was very clean. Very nice amenities and modern.

It was a great stay. Very clean and up to date. Staff very attentive and helpful, was even able to check in an hour early upon request as we stayed for a wedding. I would recommend this location.

A good one-night stay on our way home. The only issues were stained/dirty shower curtain, pool cleanliness and insufficient towels.

I stay here regularly and always enjoy their service and the cleanliness of the rooms.

Nothing was unique. It is a cookie-cutter middle-management business hotel which had a very nice and very stressed young woman who tried her best with the terrible situations presented to her. A disability room is not what a paying customer expects. A paying customer also does not expect to hear a conversation regarding a room that the customer may be staying at as "needing a complete bedding change" and "a bathroom that needs real cleaning". Hotels are supposed to provide the illusion that another person has not been in the room you now occupy or at least does not have his lingering presence and certainly not talking about the dirty elements of the room where a customer may be staying. My wife and I told the front desk that the hotel management should never have tried to nickel and dime us with the cheap, bottom of the barrel ploy of charging and extra $50C for an early arrival. That tells the customer, who is already paying a lot of money for a basic room, that he or she or they are just a cash machine without the human element present. My wife and I went into the room, brushed our teeth, touched nothing and went to sleep.

This appears to be a newer property, common areas are clean and well kept. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is less than a 5 minute drive to a suburban shopping and restaurant area (Keg, Swiss Chalet, burger joints, asian, etc.). The gym and pool were well supplied and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

It was just a quick over night! I understand about eliminating plastic from our environment but wooden “silverware”! I find that a but extreme but maybe it’s more a Canadian thing than something this hotel chain is taking! We came down late for breakfast but the staff was so helpful. Although we may never stay at this particular inn again we do stay at a lot if your other locations.
