Very clean and check in was quick and friendly. Everything was well-lit which I appreciated as a solo traveller. The ice machine also provided filtered water which I absolutely loved. Definitely would stay again. 10/10 stars.

My boyfriend and I stayed for the night because we had a party to attend close by. From the minute we drove up and spoke to the valet attendant to the minute we left the next day, we received excellent service from staff. The hotel was beautifully styled, VERY clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

The service that Omar in the front desk gave made my stay welcoming. His warmth and pleasantry to the guest before me and myself was amazing.

The room and check in was awesome.
The only downside is that breakfast is 18$ a person. And parking is 22$ overnight which we did not know. So we ended up paying over 70$ in parking in addition to paying for the hotel.

The air conditioning system did not work properly - room was stuffy and uncomfortable- didn't get a good night sleep at all. Staff was slow and unfriendly.

The hotel was clean and the from desk were friendly. They only cleaned room and made bed our first night there. I had to all for more toilet paper and I didn’t like the fact that the valet was not included with the stay and was extra.

The hotel was nice and in a good location. The front desk clerk, Rudy, was very nice and all of the valet guys were polite and friendly. There were a couple of issues where none of the valet guys were on staff, but the manager ran the cars while they figured out the scheduling challenges. Bed was comfy, but sheets were a little scratchy. The couch in the room is not really conducive to hanging out, but that’s fine. I enjoyed the shower and shower products provided. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel and check in staff great but when got to our room for - 1 King . They requested I show copy of my 2Queen confirmation and then said only Kings left - they said its often 3rd party hat send over reservation who messed up.
We had 3 of us checked out immediately and looking forwrd to rfund. checked out

First off, the room was very clean and looked beautiful. They nailed it on that side. The staff though is complete garbage. They have “Valet” service that is the absolute worst thing in the world. They say it’s 24/7…but will allow both to go on break at the same time. Then you’re stuck waiting 30 mins for your vehicle. They told me multiple times the valet was in the process of getting my car. Only to find out they were around the corner sleeping and eventually had to come get my keys. I complained and was fed an excuse that they were a third party who had their own management. Explained if they plan to contract with a garbage service, that is a reflection on them too. Completely inconvenient.

Overall it was very good. Maybe it is just me but I could not figure out how to turn on the shower. Could not get the hand soap or body wash dispensers to work. At times there was an odor in the lobby. Little things that kept me from giving an excellent rating.

The rooms were very nice. The hotel itself present itself well. The rooms were cool and comfortable. The shower was amazing. The parking garage was relatively convenient and made me feel safe leaving my car there however at $22 per night was more on the expensive side that I was looking for. Additionally, The room wasn’t all that clean when we moved in. There were stains around the toilet shower, and on the cabinet where the TV is. I’ve had better breakfast for free at other hotels of the same type, this one charged $18 per person. Ultimately, it was a good stay.

The service I received by almost everyone was excellent. I believe this man name is Omar, he was the best and would definitely be the reason I would stay at the hotel again. One of two ladies that work overnight has no people skills but she can be overlooked. My overall experience was great, down to the valet I did not want to pay $25 nightly for. Check them out.

I didn’t like the Valet Parking. I had to wait 30 mins plus so I went to get my own car. And the man didn’t think to that I would not be able to get out of the parking garage without him. I was late to my appointment Friday morning because of the time waited.

I think the hotel was great. My problem came when i booked it my price was one thing the when i checked my bank account my price was absolutely different. I was told they took out a $50 deposit ×2 because i had two rooms. Ok i understand that then after i check out it would fall off. But i had 3 $228 holds i asked what was that for they told me they didn't know and that was 3 different hotel staff. I told them i only have 2 rooms why do i have a additional 3 charges. Long story short the charges fell off minus i charge of 228 i had to get my bank involved.
