I was very unhappy when the front desk told me I had reservations for three rooms. But I only needed two. They changed the reservation but said I had to call expedia if I wanted to get my money back. I made a long call to them just to find out that it wasn't expedia who did it but somebody I had never heard of travelpass.com I called them and they said that they had refunded $328 but there is n such refund or credit on my statement. The front desk staff was very courteous, however the actual room was less than great.
The night we checked in the refrigerator in the room didn’t work, it was late so no maintenance personnel was available. However no one even attempted to switch our room out. The next day was Memorial Day & I was told that the maintenance personnel was off for the holiday. At this point, I thought they would move us to another room, but they didn’t so I unplugged the refrigerator & plugged it back up & it started working. Went & bought groceries & put in the refrigerator & the VERY next day it stopped working again. I notified front desk & was told that the maintenance personnel had already left for the day, but no one ever came to check the refrigerator while he was there. I was then told that I could put my stuff in the refrigerator downstairs, but they never attempted to change our room & put us in a room that actually had a working refrigerator.
Every dish & utensil in the kitchen was dirty & had leftover food particles left in/on them. The pots were so dirty that I took them to front desk & was told someone would bring me clean pots( an hour or so later) someone did bring cleaner pots.
Attempted to make coffee in the room and when I poured the complimentary liquid creamer inside my cup of coffee it came out in solid clumps, like the creamer was not being changed out & was extremely old,I didn’t have coffee after that. Overall I was very disappointed & dissatisfied during my 3 night stay

We checked in late around 3:30am. After we unloaded and ready to step out for the night, we realized the front door lock was not latched and not locked properly. We notified staff and he hesitant and reluctant to accommodate us. Staff went up to the room himself to double check the validity of our complaint and stated that the hotel is fully booked and there was not much he can do. After he checked and found out the main door lock to the room was in fact not latched, he moved us to a different room and made us gather all our belonging down to the main lobby from the 4th floor. He moved us to a room on third floor, which was a down grade because we booked a suite room with a king size bed. The room we got replaced to was a double bed room and not a suite. Materials were lacking with iron table missing cloth pad, no laundry plastic bag, and no indoor slippers. We complained to the manager in the morning and manager stated there was not much she can do and ask us to reach out to Expedia.

Every person I’ve dealt with so far has been so much more than just polite. They are really engaging and kind. I love how personable they are. Also the rooms are beautiful.

Everything is good there, good conditions like new, good staff. My family and I had been here for a weekend, Unfortunately Our book was for two adults and two children, but they put only one bedding kit and towels for two people only.

This property is new and in wonderful condition. The bed is comfortable and there are well-designed areas for storage, work and a kitchenette. The staff are friendly and want to help you.
I had an overnight stay only due to air travel availability, but I would stay there for a longer period if in the area again.

Loved our corner room with the huge windows. Very good breakfast every morning. Hot eggs, sausage, pancakes, hashbrowns. Delicious fresh salsa too. Also had cereal, bagels, toast, boiled eggs, yogurt, ect. Everything was very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly on every shift. Loved the food items we bought at the bar. Everything was perfect. Will definitely be back.

My stay was pretty good. Everything went well except that I found a huge bug in my room. I tried to call the lobby,but there was zero information to indicate the number to call and reach the lobby. I had to kill the bug myself. The following day I informed the staff without apologizing or offering anything, she just stated that they have pest controls often.

Hotel is very clean, very quite, rooms are very nice. Only thing that we didnt like was the Bar was only open from 5-10pm. They have a tv over the bar to watch sports but the bar is closed. But still a 5 star.

Not clean, not friendly, would not recommend. The mattress on the pull out was disgusting. I asked to move rooms, that mattress was also horrible and there was a dog barking nonstop. So I opted to stay in the more disgusting room because everything was sold out. Staff was not friendly. When I asked for an extra pillow(they gave us 7 for 4 people). I was told they’d have to ask their supervisor. Never heard from them again. The pillows were so flat you had to have two per person. Continued to bring us two towels for four people. Would not ever stay here again

I have to be honest I am very surprised that this place has any good reviews. Yes it was clean. However, the amenities sucked and there was nothing around to do at all. There was no restaurant downstairs. Only a tiny little bar with some bottles. And the service was terrible, it took three days of us asking for pillows to finally get them and when we got them they were absolutely filthy. When we went to do the laundry, it was taken up by the hotel Cleaning lady doing sheets for the whole hotel so it took us hours just to do one load of laundry. The pool is extremely tiny and not heated. And there is no smart TV so you cannot connect to your Netflix or Hulu It is just regular cable. I will not be booking this place again. The one thing I will say is the breakfast was pretty good.

Front desk staff were very helpful from timely pick-up from the airport to arranging for a taxi to take us to the cruise terminal. The package that had been sent ahead for us was safely taken care of and given to us upon request. Very nice staff.

I only stayed one night, but the room had a kitchenette and a sofa in addition to the bed. Nice sized bathroom as well. The shuttle service to the airport is a very appreciated amenity. Good breakfast choices.

The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. Lots of construction in the surrounding area, so will be interesting to see how the area looks in a year. We chose this hotel because it is close to a T station---5 min walk at best. My only complaint is that their hotel shuttle did not run early enough to get us to the airport for a 6:25 AM flight; we caught a cab instead.

Unfortunately, since our arrival, we faced unpleasant circumstances. The check in was smooth, but we arrived to our room, there were two used towels in the bathroom, and when my youngest daughter sat on the sofa bed, she found an underwear! Yes, an underwear lying on the sofa bed! At night when we wanted to sleep, we couldn't find sheets for the sofa bed, despite the fact, and we reserved for 4 people! There were only towels for two persons, too, so we had to get two additional towels. As for the breakfast unfortunately we didn't have any options, we had the same breakfast for all our stay (8 days), despite the fact that in the first day there were pancakes, and when I asked them about it, they told me that they have the machine was broken, and they don't have an alternative.
