Great hotel for work or play. Couldn’t ask for a better location, better staff or cleaner facility. It was perfect. This was our third stay at this hotel within the last 8 months. Theres so much to do with just a short walk to the Stonebriar Centre. The one and only critique is the best is really soft. Which is not my preference. But may be others. Otherwise, perfection.

Front desk clerk was amazing and super friendly. Valet was a little slow as she was also working the shuttle bus. Corner room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet.

Hotel itself was nice and we enjoyed the convenience of being near the mall. Room service was mediocre (for example, at breakfast “toast” was a slice of untoasted bread). The worst part of the stay was the extremely loud party happening in the room next to ours that kept us awake until 3 in the morning.

The room itself needed a bit of updating - too much empty space. The property was super convenient to the mall and that in itself made for an excellent stay. Somehow I was charged an extra $50 - so watch your credit card charges!

Was there for a conference, property is connected to the local but upscale mall. I was able to shop and eat at the mall as well as have food at the hotel, which was all yummy!

There was food laying all up and down the hallway at 10 o’clock when I went to bed at night and it was still there at 10 AM when I checked out… It was disgusting, there was also beer bottle sitting everywhere in the hall and on the furniture in the elevator lobby. Hotel in my life where I had to go from floor 7 to 4 floor to get ice… Adult supervision seems to be needed.

The staff was very nice and friendly. My check in went very well and the staff was quick and efficient and was also able to check me in an hour earlier than what I was expected to check me in so that was a plus. The hotel itself is very nice and has a lot of amenities. Definitely will come here again.

We frequently visit this property and very good property overall and with excellent front desk service.
I have only 1 issue with this property..and thats why rates 3 out of 5 ,we visit this property mainly because of pool but pool cabana rates are way to high $175 for 4 hrs which is not worth it and if henceforth i wont visit this property thats only because of this cabana tariff..

Nice hotel and convenient to the shopping and dining at the mall. Good bar service on Friday May 24th and they had a wedding party in and the Mavs game was on. Bartender was great about taking care of everyone. Saturday went to breakfast restaurant and that is something I would pass on next time. They were having trouble staying up with fresh food and the omelet bar was completely overwhelmed with orders. Overall quality of food was just okay. Went back to the bar on Saturday night and good service again.

Its great to be here and its our second time in past 6 months we love this property and primarily because of pool .
Just a feedback for pool cabana.. Booking cost for 4 hrs is nearly same as one day cost of room ..
That is absurd to me as customer who always want to come here and enjoy shade..
Just expect management to think about cost of cabana..which is $175 including taxes..
