Wonderful staff....

We enjoyed our stay overall. We arrived late, after midnight, but front desk gentleman was helpful and accommodating. The hotel lobby was quiet and clean and smelled fresh. Our room was nice however the bed linens had a smell to them similar to when you forget your laundry in the washer too long and there was unknown long and short hairs in the shower.

Everything was great but I wish they offered complimentary coffee and breakfast.

The carpet in the room was dirty, my socks were black

I thought it was very nice although it was some hard to tell at first where the actual lobby was.

My AC recently went out (in temps ranging from 109 to 112 F). It was unexpected and I had no where to go with my Shepherd-Husky mix. Courtyard was safe, comfortable, and accommodated us. My dog especially enjoyed being able to walk around Mesa Riverview park next to the hotel.

I was happy about the area. It felt like a quiet peaceful oasis in a very busy large city.

I like the convenience of shopping centers and restaurants being close by.

I liked the convenience to the expressway.

It was perfect for my next-day medical surgery [BiG kidney stone] at Banner Desert.. ••• A little kid was running & dribbling a pool ball on our ceiling mayB past midnight.. ••• Not a reaL inconvenience for us, but hosts were unable to make door keys during our stay so we got personal escort when we return'd from dinner out.. •••Highly recommend Oraganos [I think] on Dobson N. of Southern.. The HoTeL Host suggest'd going West a couple miles for Dinner 0ut, but we went S. exploring Dobson route to Banner Desert.. •••Saw plenty room for parking Big rigs out back near the pool which may be small [don't know didn't go there]

Great option to visit family in Mesa! Very low key when there are no baseball games.

It was very nice but bathroom was a little dirty under sink cabinets there was hair and there was toilet paper in the toilet when we got there

Clean, friendly staff, close to stores, great location! Loved my stay here. It was perfect for my short stay. Loved having the park nearby to sit and relax for a minute. Definitely will stay here again!

First time staying in this Hotel and it has already set the bar pretty high for any hotel offering (2) Queen beds in such nice city for under 100$. Breakfast serving amounts were off the charts. (1) Meal fed my wife and me and still had left overs. Facilities were neat, clean and smelled good. Room was nice clean and the AC worked super good considering the Phoenix city summer heat. The only thing I’ll have to take points about was the AC in the hallways. Not sure if at the moment the AC wasn’t working but the hallways for the room was pretty hot. Considering the outside was at 103• I’ll leave the rest for the imagination. Wasn’t unbearable but not what you’d expect for this facility. Over all I give this stay a 9.0 out of 10
