This is an unmanned building something i didnt realise till after booking. A code for lobby entry and then room entry is required. This was an uncomfortably experience as a solo female traveler arriving late at night. It felt a bit unsafe. The door to the room had no internal latch to offer assurance that the room could not be accessed from the outside. Everyrhing else was of average condition and suitable for a single night stay.

WE stayed two nights to attend a medical procedure for an elderly family member.
Our request for ground floor rooms and rooms close by each other was well met.
The elders complained of noise from other guests on both nights, both from the hallway and from above the ceiling of their room. Our rooms were close to the lounge area at Motel entrance - probably because we asked for accessibility for the older couple. If we had been further down corridors we might have heard less noise. In any case, we cannot blame
the property for the careless nature of other guests.

Nice and modern and clean. Internet strength was weak and the rooms need block out blinds as had carpark lights on all night.

Everything about the property was very good. The only negative aspect was that the fire emergency alarm system was activated for no apparent reason in the early hours of the morning and there was no staff member on site to attend to it. I rang emergency to have the fire brigade investigate and deactivate.

Didn't stay because my card got declined for insufficient funds at the time and cancelled my booking but also was poor with contact got contacted once with a message at 7am and then a phone call at 8pm on day of staying to say the same thing the message in the morning .

I've stayed here a number of times since it opened and some of the rooms you can tell have had a lot of traffic through them. Side tables are missing from room's the tv doesn't sit correctly on the wall. This last room i stayed in the tv pointed more to the ceiling. Mattresses could do with replacement. Time of my visit the grounds outside had rubbish and empty pizza boxes laying around.

The property was easy to find. Check in was not difficult and the codes arrived after about 45 mins from booking.
The room was very spacious and had the usual facilities needed. We were on the first floor and there was a lift available which was a big bonus. The bed was very comfortable and one of the best we have slept in on our travels. I would definitely recommend this property.

I paid for an early check-in of two hours (12 PM) and emailed them two reminders. They instead sent me the key code at 12:15, which is extremely discourteous
A basic motel with roomy accommodations. Although contactless entry is advantageous, it can be detrimental if a problem is discovered.
A stained coffee cup and utensil were discovered, necessitating caution.
Despite spending three days at this motel, no housekeeping was provided. unsure as to why?

We booked a deluxe king and only had a queen room. There was only one bedside table and no facility to store your luggage. It has been more than 24 hours, and as a self-serve check in for facility, no one has got back to us yet to remedy the error. I would not recommend

The property was located close to a highway however it was very quiet. Property was a little out of the way with dining possibilities however we had a vehicle and it wasn’t an impost. Room was spacious, bed was firm which was a bonus and bathroom modern and also spacious.

The cleanliness was a quite disappointing being a new build. The window sill, bottom of wardrobe were very dusty and on the desk there was a sticky mess. I could see the bed had fresh linen BUT there was black hair in the bed and on the top as well as rubbish left under the bed edge. For the money we pay I personally think the housekeeping should be up to scratch.
