room was comfortable and clean but we didn’t have hot water for showers. manager had said it would take 5 min or so to warm up but never did. manager was very helpful in fixing the reservation that the hotels app failed to make.

Overall the Tru by Hilton is a very nice, very clean comfortable hotel. The only issue that we had was, the afternoon we arrived i showered before dinner with friends and there was zero hot water. After my frigid shower i called down to the front desk and was politely apologized to, and it was then informed they had water heater issues over the weekend and she was authorized to comp me one night on my stay. She was very polite, she offered to move us rooms, but couldn't guarantee that there would be hot water in any other room. While i appreciate the politeness and the quickness to comp me a night, i was fairly frustrated that this was obviously a known problem and they took my reservation knowing there was a pretty good possibility that we would not have access to hot water. We did end up getting warm water and i left the issue alone, they had already offered the comp and i felt it wasnt worth making a huge fuss over it. Overall a nice place to stay, and the one issue i had truthfully couldve happened anywherd.

Very modern ,very clean , breakfast was plentiful and good. The staff from from desk to room staff were friendly and helpful All in all a great experience

Room key card did not work when we got to our room. Back to the front desk, unable to code the room keys. Front desk person had to come to our room and open the door.

My room was very cozy and comfortable. The lady at the front desk to check me in, was sooo friendly and personable. Loved her energy. This was my first time at Tru but definitely won’t be my last.

Hotel was comfortable. My reservation through Hotels.com was never received at the property. This resulted in a lengthy delay checking in at the end of a long day. There was no hot water in my room and toilet wasn’t flushing.

Being a newer hotel the set up was very modern and practical. I appreciate the breakfast not being too starchy nor sweet. The basic food groups were covered and the meat tasted fresh not frozen. I booked a king size but end up having two queen size beds because apparently they don't have the ability to see what is booked through hotel.com, they were willing to accommodate.
