Welcome was friendly and efficient. Hotel was very clean, modern and new (3 years old). Double Queen room was large - really still wondering if it was two kings? Breakfast was average hotel fare, but plentiful and efficient. Liked the pictures and decorations - they weren’t all abstract geometric shapes but forest type decor.

Staff is great and accommodating. Breakfast is good and nicely presented. Room was clean, with a bit of extra attention to bathroom (hair left in shower and bathroom floor) but overall the room was clean and had a fresh smell.
Only negative is the pool area furniture - I felt the pool furniture needed some TLC. Chairs/lounge chairs and table need replacing or renovation. Umbrella that used to be there, is now missing. Furniture was in disarray, (spiderwebs, dirty, unstable and tossed about). The pool itself was very clean as was the pool deck.
All in all the stay was positive. I will be back.

I don’t get the good reviews. When we first checked in, we were given a room and went up to put our things there. The bathroom was disgusting and hadn't been cleaned at all. There was human waste in the toilet and splattered all over the toilet seat. It was so disgusting that we went down and asked for a new room. The lady at the front desk was super nice and understanding and gave us another room, which this time had been cleaned and had the cleaner in the toilet still. But the new room was still somewhat dirty and gave us the feeling all the rooms were pretty dirty.

From the outside the hotel looks great.. inside was way different.. stains on the bathroom counter, large stains all over carpet in room,( I mean big nasty stains all over),dirty hallways, dirty elevator(11 million fingerprints). Hands down the grossest hotel I have ever paid 196$ a night for, do yourself a favor and keep driving…

I guess you get what you pay for. Seemed like a reasonable price but I guess you don't get much for $150. Hotel towels are like old shop rags. Holes, thin rough. Toilet paper looks like the quality of soviet military. Pubic hair on pillow, razor stubble in sink. The weakest coffee and breakfast options I have ever seen and I stay at a fair amount of hotels. On the plus side the hotel isn't too old although the stained room carpet might make you think otherwise. My car didn't get broken into which was nice.

This hotel is listed as a 100% smoke free hotel. But the hotel manager and others would smoke directly below my window in a landscaped area. Clearly on hotel property. When I complained, the smoking manager said that he was allowed to smoke outside…..even though he was on the property. Also, many guests would prop open the emergency doors and smoke out side.

We checked in at 12:30 AM after attending a 65th birthday celebration. The 1st room they checked us into was never cleaned, the next room we were in was clean but the water wouldn’t drain from the tub or sink. This is supposed to be a new hotel but there seems to be so many issues.

First room appeared to have clean sheets but dirty floor and countertops. Not sure how you miss a shell casing on the floor. My daughter didn't. Front desk was very nice and put is another room. The second room had a clean floor and counter but lots of hairs and stains on the sheets.

Pluses/high ceilings on the 1st floor, very good room darkening shades, excellent accessibility bathroom with plenty of handrails near toilet and shower area. Staff was friendly and approachable. Breakfast was adequate but not overwhelming. Some rolling carts to transfer luggage from car to room.

Great room. Nice and clean. Comfy bed. Helpful staff. Clean pool. I really enjoyed my stay. It was close to some nice hiking. Only negative comment was that there were some vagrant type people parked next to and hanging out smoking on the side of the hotel near the dog area. No trouble, but just creepy.

It it was clean and the spacious room was nice but do not lie to me and tell me I have pillow top beds when they were hard as a rock! I woke up crabby and very tired!

The front desk gal when we checked in was rude and at one point there was a guy there and ditto. The place was filthy. Needs a good cleaning. The gal at the breakfast area, to clean the toaster she wiped off the crumbs with her fingers.

We had selected the ADA room. The shower water did not hit the bench so the bench could not be used. The floor of the shower was extremely slippery and they did not provide a mat even when asked. The luggage racks that roll to the rooms were broken, and the key did not work.

Seems like management or staffing changes. Our 1st stay there was very nice. This time a lot of thing were just missing or different from the last.
Even the bathroom didn’t have enough towels for 2 people after check in. 1 washcloth & 1 hand towel. And when I asked for more towels I was given an extra floor mat . And the side door to the stairwell wouldn’t close & people could get in & out without keys.
Just wished that since it is still such a new property it would’ve maintained it newness

This hotel is clean, but not well maintained for their equipment. Their coffee machine was broken and their breakfast coffee in a termos was cold with very poor taste. Their bathroom faucet was working but loose. Also, their front desk computer was not working when I checked in!
