Avante hotel is a fantastic place to stay while heading to a mall nearby linked right to the hotel. Never need to leave the location. The staff experience is a little bit lacking when overwhelmed with guests. We were rushing to catch a flight and they could not accomodate us to expedite our checkout and was confused/having difficulty to process our final payment as quickly as possible. Still it's a lovely place to come to and relax.

Staff were really friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable and had great amenities. Room service food was excellent and well presented. Location of the hotel is perfect. The main city centre is only half an hour on the MRT, which is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel also connects with a large shopping mall (1Utama) that has great shops and café/restaurants

Book 2 rooms requested for connection room with additional top up for king bed, , the room was bigger, but if shower room with extended glass partition will be ideal otherwise must be very careful for water flows out

I stayed in this hotel twice within a month, I like the front desk service. They are polite, gentle and warm. I have a good communication with one of the staff, Mr Hafeez.
But the breakfast buffet has limited choice and not so tasty.

A clean good size room with comfortable beddings. I like that it's a short covered walk to 1U Mall. Would definitely advocate for the sheltered walkway to the Mall to be air-conditioned - as it was hot and humid to use the walkway in the afternoon!

This is my 2nd stay cation this year with my wife and daughter. I am prepared to check in around 3:30pm. However there is only 1 counter is opening and I found is a bit. Not proper as today is weekend. Another counter is open after q up for 10min. The check in process is smooth sailing but it could be better if the receptionist could greet your guest. I think is should be common for star rated hotel.
The room is ready and clean. We asking for extra blanket, pillow and towel and it was delivery is quite soon.
I brought my daughter to the kids club after breakfast. We are the 1st guess in that morning. The toys are organised and clean. It could be better if the staff could be more helpful. The reason is I am taking off my daughter shoe before I go in and normally I will carry her in my arm as I try to keep her foot clean. If the staff can give her hand by open the glass door for me to be more easier for me instead of checking her phone.

Although it was rather packed for their bookings over the long holiday. I appreciate that the staff tried their best to give me a connecting room as I had a baby with me. I love Avante and this is my second stay. It’s really convenient to walk to 1 Utama mall and also the Utama farm.

The internet wifi was poor and I couldn't do any work there and I have to use my oversea roaming hot spot to get online. Eventually I had shorten my stay and shift to the One World Hotel instead.
