Saucepans need changing,was not informed about re cycling,but found them.

Quiet location but very close to city centre. Separate bedroom. Good kitchen facilities. Comfy lounge area. Private parking. Altogether a smart, clean and cosy place to stay.

Used to a king size bed so felt a bit restricted in the double. Needs some better focused lighting over the kitchen area.

Home from home, finishing touches with candles. Open plan, large space, location, parking., great mattress

Bathroom cols, single skin extension. Quilt quite thin.

Had everything as described. Very convenient location and a very comfortable place to stay for a week whilst staying on Truro for work.

Sensor lights in bedroom woke us occasionally

Some confusion over cooker controls and overall heating.

There was no breakfast, it was self catering. Everything else was great as above

Hooks for towels in the wet room would have been helpful. There was nowhere to hang anything up while showering.

Really well set up . Appreciated teas and coffees etc All very clean and tidy . Easy walk o to Truro for breakfast and dinner. Thanks for your hospitality.

Clear instructions on how to pick up the keys sent in an email prior to our arrival. Safety box easy to use. We loved everything. Such attention to detail everywhere in the property and such a lovely touch for our anniversary. The place was spotlessly clean, facilities in all rooms were exceptional and the hosts genuinely care about their guests' comfort. They were so welcoming and tried helping out when we had to leave early due to medication issues. We will definitely be back to stay again and I, for one, just cannot wait. This is somewhere I cannot recommend enough - it has the wow factor. Thank you Adam and Robert xx

It was very comfortable and spacious. Loved having the lounge / kitchen too! It was really good value for money, and the location was brilliant, so close to town. We would definitely visit again!😁

The lack of a full length mirror. It didn't spoil our visit, but would have been very helpful.
