Shower handle broken in bathroom, dogs barking in adjacent rooms late at night for long time. Bed and pillows comfortable. Yo many people with dogs at the property.

Had roaches and was not clean. Reeked of cigarette smoke for non-smoking rooms

Checked in, immediately checked out after getting to my room. Waste of money for a dirty room and nonfunctional wifi.

I was skeptical about this place because it was so inexpensive but I am glad I took a chance. People there were incredibly helpful! Everything was great! Room clean! And no hassle check in! Will definitely stay here again!

Not too crowded and felt very safe

This place was very dirty and smelly , this property should have been closed . The room door had a huge gap between the frames. Also google says this property is permanently closed But yet they are open and won’t give you the key to your room the employee had to come and open the room himself.

I booked 8 rooms for a work trip and they called me at 7:42pm to inform me that they over sold the hotel for the evening. I had to spend almost 3 hours on the phone with these guys to get them to book me at another hotel. Horrible experience!

this was awful. The hotel didn't have the rooms advertised. the Expedia website promised a room that accommodates 6, but only has 4 person rooms. additionally promised breakfast, but doesn't serve it. Expedia represented this hotel as being along my route, but it was far out of my way. !!! I really don't want to experience Expedia again. This hotel has terrible service

The new owner was too busy trying to take care of everything. No place in room to hang clothes. Room has coffee maker but no cups. I spent 3 nights with no extra towels. The main lobby said open but door was locked. Mr packs needs to renovate 1st then open.

Didn't stay. Left because we were out numbered by the bugs crawling everywhere!!

Good overall for the value. Very friendly staff and very comfortable bed with soft comforter, not scratchy like most. Only complaint is that I did see one strange looking bug on ceiling, could have come in when i opened the door, and no place to hang clothes. Apartment sized refrigerator was a great upgrade

This is a nice hotel my boyfriend and I wandered up on about 2 weeks ago. It's in a quiet, small place. We love the privacy.

The TV didn't work. The jacuzzi leaked or something and the owner wouldn't let us use it anymore after we filled the jacuzzi up just once. And only one of us actually got to get into the tub before the owner said to drain the tub NOW! And me and my fiance got COVID while there and we were in such a bad shape and needed that jacuzzi even worse now, my poor fiance was shivering and shaking bad and needed the comfort of the jacuzzi tub. The TV didn't work the entire time either. I told owner several times over several days. He's the most rudest owner I've ever met or been to. He shouldn't be running any business. He disrespected my fiance and it made me madder than words can describe. You should treat your customers with respect and with a smile. Not yell at us for having COVID and having a fever and sleeping past the check out time one day. He was so mean and hateful, cursing us both. Telling us we were horrible guests at his hotel. I've never seen anything like it. I bet you they'll take my review down too. No one would want a review like this, so I imagine he will do everything he can to get it removed or flagged, etc....and there is NO FREE BREAKFAST either. It plainly states online and in every app for the hotel there is a full breakfast there in the morning. It's a lie. Nothing more. I've never been so disrespected in my life. And to speak that way to my fiance. Just don't book a stay here. They are terrible. This guy made us leave after not being able to use jacuzzi.

No coffee pot no telephone in the room the 2 towels we small no face towels no Kleenex in room. No cups in room at all🎂

property is ok. Walls are paper thin so if you have noisy neighbors forget about sleeping. Property is still undergoing major re-modeling at this time. It's just a place to crash if you need a place to stay for other business in the immediate area.

They said there were going to credit me for the stay never happened I called 2 times, they said they will take care of it. 2 weeks latter still no credit.

This the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER. They did not have my Orbitz reservation, told me "they don't use Orbitz" and that they were completely sold out. In the end, they checked me into a DIRTY ROOM. The bed was obviously slept in with literal dirty sheets and pillow cases. Trash all over the room. Smelled like someone's dirty underwear. The lady at the check in was plain rude and angry. I wish I had a choice not to stay there but this was my only option, I would have chose my car if not for the below freezing temperatures.

We were there for two nights and both nights the people in the room next to us we up making noise and playing music until after midnight. They seemed to be “permanent” residents, so I’m assuming that they do this every night, so whoever is in that room would have the same problem. The sheets didn’t appear to be clean when we got there, so they gave us new sheets. We had to ask for hand towels and the overall cleanliness of the room was terrible. My wife ended up cleaning around the sink area which may have been the first time in quite awhile.

Arrived at 10:20 to an empty reception area, called all listed numbers for clerk, after ringing the help buzzer multiple times was greeted with the foulest language ever heard from a senior female, wanting to know why I was there. DUH, showed my confirmation number and reservation to a response of well, “ we don’t have rooms get off my property”

Upon arrival I was informed that Obitz never made my reservation and that no rooms were available.
