Deck had lot of sand / cobwebs etc. would have happily brushed it down but couldn’t find a broom; work surfaces were a little dirty; some provisions not available (kitchen roll; dish cloths; etc.). These are really minor ‘niggles’.

A true home from home, in a fantastic location seconds away from a beautiful beach and a short drive from shops and West Mersea town centre. We loved the BBQ and the view of the beach huts! The kids loved it. A lot of places are walkable along the beach.
Nothing that we didn't like, but a sunshade or canopy for the outdoor seating would have made it more comfortable for reading, dining etc.
