Stayed here for two nights visiting family after Christmas with my husband and two college-age sons. Impeccably restored, the house and its decor were warm, inviting, and inspiring. I felt as though I'd walked into someone's primary residence, that's how thoughtfully this VRBO was designed, decorated, and outfitted. Loved the extra touches like fresh eggs, local bread and adult beverages, too. Communication with hosts was easy peasy, contactless check-in was smooth, too. This VRBO has all you'll need and more. Truly a unique space. You won't be disappointed!

We had such a great experience at this home and it really had everything we needed and more! The house is absolutely beautiful and all the ladies on our girls shopping trip could not get over all the charm this house has!! Location was absolutely perfect too!! Thank you so much for hosting us!

We were blown away with how beautiful and fun this house was! My husband and I rented for Octoberfest weekend and our group totaled 7 people. Everyone slept comfortably and we had way more space than we anticipated. We were walking distance from downtown Appleton, also a plus! The hot tub was wonderful, outdoor seating, decor, and even surround sound record player! Definitely believe this is a house to rent if you have some down time to relax and enjoy the entertainment. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. They had local beer, bread, coffee, fresh eggs, AND wine for us upon arrival. Absolutely 100% the best stay ever. We would love to come back.

Our hosts went above and beyond ensuring that we felt like we were at home. The extra commodities that they provided us during our stay was very sweet. They are very thoughtful in making sure their guests have a great experience! We didn’t have any issues and I would certainly recommend staying at 720. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house has so much character and charm. The house is very roomy and comfortable and has nice seating areas in the front and back of the house. We enjoyed reading about the history of the home from a book on the coffee table. The welcome booklet was also very helpful. We chose this location for a long weekend while we traveled north for the Saints/Packers game. If I were ever back in the area, I would certainly stay there again!

This was our second time staying at this wonderful home within a month as we couldn't wait to return. I can't say enough about Laurel and Alex who have thought of everything and made this property an absolute gem. We plan to stay here anytime we need to be in Appleton which is often as our daughter attends Lawrence University.

Spend the extra money, you will not be disappointed! It was not just somewhere to stay, it was an experience and truly unique. The decor & amenities were all amazing. We booked our trip to return next year already, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else, anywhere else would be a huge let down compared to this.

We spent a long weekend in this home with family to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. The home is beautifully decorated, very well-appointed, and really comfortable. The outdoor spaces are magical, and the hosts made us feel so welcome. This was definitely one of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

This home was an absolute delight. My daughter was coaching a Nike camp at Lawrence University and we opted for a home for 3 nights in lieu of a hotel. It exceeded our expectations and Laurel was an amazing host having thought of absolutely everything! We can’t wait to return with the rest of our family!

I knew this place was going to have character based on the listing alone, but even still I was not fully prepared for the experience at 720. The beautiful old house is tastefully and thoroughly modernized, including 2 very nice bathrooms, an excellent kitchen which came stocked with all the essentials including fresh baked bread and beer, and multiple outdoor sitting areas with comfortable seating. Laurel was very communicative and asked multiple times if there was anything we needed. Overall a great stay and I would definitely return next time I am in Appleton.

If you're looking for a place to stay in Appleton, you have found it. As soon as my friends and I walked into this vrbo, we were absolutely blown away by it's charm. The property was so beautiful and relaxing and the hosts were very hospitable. If we're ever in Appleton again, we know where we will be staying.

This property over delivered for sure. Beautiful home, perfect location, great amenities and awesome experience. Only thing I regret is not being able to spend more time at the home due to having to be at our curling event.

We stayed at 720 for 5 days during competition for the World Axe Throwing League world championships. 720 really hits the bullseye - what a great place to land at the end of the day! The house is beautiful and the hosts have thought of every detail. The sound system throughout the house is a great touch and the vinyl collection is top notch. All of this and there’s the cutest resident flying squirrel in the back yard!

This was the perfect home for our family trip for the Packers Cowboys game. Has a great mix of old character and modern amenities that makes for a comfortable stay. Owners are great and very helpful. The book about the property and food recommendations came in handy! Carmella's Italian Bistro was the best place for dinner. We would book again the next time we plan a visit.

We have been doing our annual shopping trip for many years now and this house was by far the best one yet! The hosts are so accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were in love with all of unique decor and furnishings. If we forgot anything it was no worry because it was most likely there for us. There were 11 of us plus all of our shopping bags and never once did it feel crowded. Can't wait to stay again!

Alex and Laurel are terrific hosts! Seven Twenty is a fantastic home, and we really enjoyed our stay. We had the pleasure of being the inaugural guests in Seven Twenty, but I couldn't tell because everything was so smooth! Alex and Laurel were accommodating and flexible from our initial contacts as a prospective guests on VRBO through checkout. We wanted to ensure they had a few things for a toddler and if we could coordinate for Baby Quip to drop off gear. You'll immediately feel welcome and at home; as you're pulling up to Seven Twenty, you'll know the front porch is where you'll want to spend your morning drinking coffee. Check-in was smooth and easy with the digital keypad, and once inside, we were greeted with modern yet practical and comfortable furnishings. Side note - I think I may want to hire them to help redecorate my home  You'd never know that Seven Twenty is past the century mark; everything is updated with the latest technology. We loved this home with its character yet modern conveniences. They had everything we needed to be comfortable, from luxury bedding to a cast iron skillet for cooking. Alex and Laurel have thought of it all. You'll be able to sip and enjoy wine around the dinner table while you listen to that Billy Joel LP. Cozy up to the outdoor fireplace and sip some hops from the local microbrew. We really enjoyed the location of Seven Twenty; it is within walking distance of downtown and has several parks with playgrounds for kiddos. Appleton is a town with lots to offer! We are already thinking of coming back to Seven Twenty in the future.
