Luv this Place! All was Great from Beginning to end- can’t wait to come back next summer. (We came to visit Woodford and arrived on a Monday so most was closed in the town but such a cute town just nearby so next year for sure not on a Monday)

Amazing shower and bathroom! Owner is incredibly nice and accommodating! Bed was extraordinarily comfortable with top shelf linens. Beautiful and well kept property! Owner pays attention to all the little details that make staying here special.

The property was amazing and if you get a chance to speak to the owner, she is a wealth of information in regards to the history of the house and the area. I loved my conversation with her. And try her long grapes. They are interesting and very tasty.

My husband and I had the most DELIGHTFUL stay at Rose Hill Inn during Holy Week/Spring Break! Attention to details and cleanliness were off the charts!
From the immaculately clean room with comfy sheets to the delicious breakfasts and superb hospitality from everyone who runs the place, we LOVED our stay!
The grounds were well taken care of and the decor was on point and consistent for the style of each room!
We loved how they gave a variety choices for breakfast, greeted us upon arrival to make sure we were taken care of and got into our room okay, provided complimentary drinks and snacks in the room (including some Easter candy because of the timing of our trip), happily answered my many questions about the area (Including the informational and well designed mobile guest manual!!!!), and even had cute robes (we never actually used) and a kitchenette for all of our needs!
Rose Hill Inn was the PERFECT stay for visiting The Kentucky Horse Park, The Ark Encounter, hiking in the Daniel Boone National Forest, local distilleries (Buffalo Trace) and other wonderful sights in beautiful Kentucky!

This BnB was absolutely pristine and perfect. It has that "antique" feeling that most of want in a BnB but it is also modern, up-to-date, clean, safe, and comfortable. The room we had was spacious and lovely. The hosts were super kind. And the breakfast was excellent. My wife and I were there for our anniversary and we will certainly be going back when we can.

Rose Hill is a beautifully restored 200 year old house. The Library suite we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The house and grounds are so beautiful and inviting. Robin, Shawn, and Rachel are excellent hosts. They are so friendly and informative. And breakfast was excellent no matter what you had. The property is easily walkable to the Versailles downtown area and a short drive from distilleries, horse farms, and dining. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area and highly recommend it.

Robin and Rachael were great hosts. The property was very clean and well kept. Breakfast choices were good. The library suite was amazing including two large rooms plus bathroom with wonderful high ceilings and very nice king size bed. The only relatively minor negative was the small lip going from the bedroom to the bathroom that could provide a hazard at night. It might be helpful to provide a dim nightlight to illuminate that area at night.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rose Hill Inn. The entire inn has charm, and the rooms are so well appointed. The location is very convenient to major attractions. And the breakfast is excellent.

Gorgeous property. Amazing communication. Hosts were outstanding, kind, and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay. Stop contemplating which B&B to stay in while you do your bourbon tour and book this one now before they run out of rooms! We stayed in the king suite but also saw the library suite. You cannot go wrong here!

Rose Hill Inn was pleasant the décor is an updated yet antique feel. The room was sweet, we loved the amenities including the tiny kitchen, fridge and even dinnerware. The owners were accommodating and full of great information.

The inn is beautiful, and so well decorated and kept up! The owners are very friendly and kind, and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. It was nice to have choices in terms of breakfast, and it was very good. Overall we had a wonderful stay and hope to return!

I can't say enough good about this bed and breakfast! Our room was fantastic! Robin and Shaun are wonderful hosts. There were snacks and drinks in the room and the breakfasts are delicious. They were even so kind as to get my husband some sugar free yogurt. We will definitely stay here again and in fact are already planning another trip with friends. The place is beautifully renovated. BUY THE SHEETS!

We stayed at the Rose Hill Inn a few weeks ago and had the most amazing stay! The renovations of the home were done beautifully and every little detail was well thought out! Decor really highlighted the charm of the inn and everything you needed was in the room, which was spacious, clean and cozy! we were there for a birthday and Robin had recommended a bakery nearby, and went above and beyond to make sure cake had arrived on time and placed in our room before arrival! Breakfast was amazing! And everyone super nice and welcoming! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
