The pools were closed due to the hurricanes. You couldn’t go to the beach because of the damage. You would have to walk a 1/4 of a mile to get to the beach which could not be done my girlfriend had her knee replaced. So we did not stay at that hotel. They couldn’t tell us when the pools would be repaired so we did not say at that hotel. very disappointed.

Clean room.

The resort was damaged by hurricane Ian a couple of weeks ago, making the resort close all the amenities including the indoor and outdoor pools, beach assess, arcade, fitness center, sauna, and tiki bar. The TV service was also not working. I was not informed about these problems and/or given a chance to cancel. I got here and just had to deal with it. What is the use of a beachfront resort, when you cannot use the beachfront? I paid full price without a cancellation option, but I did not get the full set of options I was promised. I think a refund is in order. What are you going to do to remedy this issue? On a safety note: the smoke detector was missing from the room.
